2. 服務熱情：前台接待專業高效，入住/退房流程順暢，工作人員主動提供幫助。

服務：老闆非常熱情，主動幫我們拿行李進房間，跟着走就行了😂
環境：我感覺來這邊製氧還是比較重要的，這裡是彌散式供氧，本來我們都有點高反，住進去之後打開製氧機就真的好了很多👍
房間還是蠻大的也配的有加濕器，對鼻孔挺友好的。
地暖也有開 很舒服

新開的酒店，關了門窗還是有點新裝修的味道。衞生打掃的不是很乾凈，台盆前的鏡子沒有擦，上面都是斑駁的污漬，台盆旁的角落裡還有上位住客丟棄的廢紙殼。台盆下水還有點漏水。馬桶圈上也有污漬，也沒有給一次性的馬桶圈墊。衞生間沒有乾濕分離，洗完澡滿地是水，上廁所很不方便，也沒提供地巾。衝著瀰漫式供氧訂的房間，但是供氧機很不給力，幾乎沒啥效果，開了整晚血氧都衹有80多。還有奇葩的加濕器…一般加濕器都是超聲波靜音的，這個酒店的加濕器居然是燒開水式的，咕嚕嚕的噪聲極大。關了加濕器房間裏乾的睡不着，開着加濕器吵的讓人睡不着。一晚上也沒休息好。三百多一晚的房費不算便宜，但設施是一言難盡。唯一值得表揚的是小哥會主動幫忙拿行李。總之，不太推薦入住。

海拔4700，睡覺時停電，製氧機形同擺設。入住不到3個小時開始停電，房間裏地暖，空調，馬桶，供氧機器全部失效。廁所裏還有💩的感覺，能懂嗎，還不如傳統馬桶。還在裝修中，入住就過來幫忙吸甲醛吧你。停電後給酒店打電話，回覆説縣裡停電了，等幾分鐘就能來，一個小時後給酒店打電話，他説他也不知道什麼時候能來，你要是不舒服送你去醫院，支支吾吾半天加一句但是醫院也停電了。忍到凌晨五點，還是沒睡着，鼓起勇氣下樓看看，因為沒電梯得走樓梯走一趟很喘，發現對面公安局的等亮着，連離酒店隔壁的的陽枱燈泡也亮着，不是停電了麼，整個人更氣了。熬到6點半來電了，發現酒店的製氧儀根本沒作用，含氧量不升反降，已經不想和老闆説話了，衹想快點逃出這個地方。4700的海拔，這個酒店的存在是用來開玩笑的麼？

性價比非常高的酒店，新裝修的，智能馬桶，來西藏這麼久洗澡最舒服的一次。沒有電梯，勤勞的小哥搬6個箱子上樓下樓，相當負責，感恩

房間乾淨整潔，沒有電梯，不過前台小哥會幫忙搬行李，提前打開氧氣，車位充足，就在大路邊，自駕遊方便，很滿意

門口停車全是土路，房間裏面還不錯有地暖，但是管理有問題，大早上9點有人敲門，説了在休息，沒過一會直接拿房卡開門準備進來，沒休息好直接退房走了
