A very nice hotel. Friendly staff, very clean and they made a real effort for my”speacil needs” breakfast. Disntbuse the spa but it looked fantastic. A well run hotel with real emphasis on customer service. The only negative thing was that the hotel was “closed” on arrival (12:30 am) and if there had not been a few people in the bar outside I am not sure how we would have got in.

Ich bin wirklich begeistert, die Zimmer sind toll eingerichtet. Das Personal war immer super freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die dazugehörende Wanderhütte hat tolle Speisen angeboten und die empfohlenen Wanderwege waren wirklich toll zu laufen. Was auch super ist, man kann für wenig Aufpreis das Wellness im Nachbarhotel Sackmann nutzen. Ich komme gerne wieder 👍😊

Wer eine gepflegte Unterkunft mit großen Zimmern und den optionalen Vorzügen eines sehr guten Nachbar-Hotels sucht, der ist hier richtig. Zumal das umfangreiche Frühstücksbuffet in eben diesem Nachbar-Hotel Sackmann eingenommen wird und damit das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis des Wanderhotels fast sensationell ist. Dafür nehmen wir in Kauf, dass in unserer Zeit des Aufenthaltes das Hotel seelenlos den Gästen überlassen war, Empfang, Restaurant und Bar waren im Wanderhotel nicht geöffnet und wurden vom Hotel Sackmann gestellt.

Besuch im Restaurant Tannenzäpfle am 29.09.24 Service und Qualität der Speisen mangelhaft 1 Fl. Spätburgunder vom Weingut Waßmer bestellt, Tischwein erhalten, angefangene Flasche mitgenommen. Berechnet wurden 4 mal Spätburgunder a 7,60 €! Suppe sehr kleine Portion für den Preis Beim Saibling war anstatt Sahnesoße an den Nudeln eine wässrige Flüssigkeit. Vermutlich Soße gestreckt und nicht abgebunden. Das Gemüse ist im "Wasser" geschwommen. Das Gericht wurde zurück gegeben und kam dann etwas überarbeitet zurück. Ein Fischmesser zum Saibling war auf Nachfrage nicht verfügbar. Eingedeckt wurde normales Fleischmesser. Papierservietten billigte Ausführung. Service unfreundlich. Insgesamt sehr enttäuschend und ärgerlich für fast 100,00 EUR.

Das Hotel wird als Nebenhaus eines grösseren und schöneren Hotels in der Nachbarschaft geführt. Wurde wohl gerade übernommen. Es gibt keinen Service im Hotel und keinen Ansprechpartner. Man muss alles im Nachbarhotel regeln und zu diesem Zweck ein Stück über die Strasse laufen. Das Personal ist freundlich, zum grössten Teil aber unprofessionell. Das Sternerestaurant ist empfehlenswert. Leider laufen während des Essens ständig Gäste in Bademänteln an der Glaswand des Restaurants vorbei, was das Ambiente stört. Die Bar bietet ausgezeichnete Cocktails und sehr guten Service, allerdings nur wenn Martin im Dienst ist.

Goed hotel qua prijs kwaliteit. In het Wanderhotel Sackmann overnacht je enkel,ontbijt en avondmaal krijg je in Sackmann Genusshotel op 30 meter. Er is ook een ruime parking. De kamers zijn ruim, de bedden goed en de ligging dichtbij het station Schwarzenberg is een pluspunt.
