We stayed in the hotel for four nights, and the overall feeling was very good. The environment is beautiful and private. The staff, especially Aaron, was the first staff member to receive us. The service was considerate and thoughtful. Especially after learning that my hand was scratched while snorkeling and my husband was sunburned, he sent medicine to my door and kept asking after us. The staff in other positions also kept caring and asking after us, which was touching. But we also have a few small suggestions. The first one is that the room is next to the sea, there are many mosquitoes, and it is troublesome to eat and sleep. The second is that the serving time of the Asian restaurant is a bit slow. In general, Raffles is a great hotel and our stay experience is very good. The hotel beach is next to the famous Lazio beach. Don't forget to experience it yourself when you check in. The hotel also provides easels for guests, and it is also very relaxing to doodle on the sea view 😎

Our week-long stay met all our expectations. From booking to departure, it was perfect. Our villa had a fantastic panoramic view of the ocean. The staff, from the in-house dining and housekeeping staff to the buggy drivers, were also impeccable. We had privacy, peace, quiet, and above all, beautiful weather.

We had the most incredible stay at Raffles Seychelles. The whole place is stunning, but the real highlights for me were the beautiful giant tortoises (you can visit and feed them every day), the delicious food (the paneer makhani at Curious was a standout), and our huge room with the most gorgeous sea view – housekeeping kept it absolutely spotless and did such a lovely turndown service every evening. All the staff were so warm and welcoming – from the buggy drivers to the restaurant servers to the pool team – everyone was genuinely friendly and made us feel really well looked after. And I have to mention our butler, Pasek – he was wonderful. So friendly and helpful, and just quietly sorted everything behind the scenes for us – dinner reservations, car hire, late check-out – all taken care of without us lifting a finger. Such a relaxing and special trip, we didn’t want to leave! One small thing – it doesn’t take away from the five-star experience at all, but I do think the sun loungers by the sea could use an update. Many are mismatched and quite worn, which feels a bit out of sync with the rest of the resort / Raffles brand.

One of the best villa we ever stayed. Excellent service without being too smothering. Most of staff remembered your names and service was top notch. Rooms were chic and luxe and food especially the breakfast spread was divine.Thanks to Joshua, Sam, Melania, Saddam, Sufian and all the staffs who greeted us with nothing but warmth sincerity. Special thanks to Brigitte for making our stay even more lovelier than it already is.
