This hotel is newly renovated. We had a really nice room with a great view on the river. The staff was nice. Great value for the price and if you are skiing, you get a 25% discount when you present your tickets. The restaurant has some local food, there’s a really nice view when you sit in the main area. Overall great choice for a stay it’s quiet and it’s a little bit out-of-the-way but very beautiful.

We didn't mind that the hotel was away from the "action," but it wasn't very clean. And the emphasis of the hotel decor seemed to be on Instagram instead of on guests' needs (no towel rack, weird placement of toilet paper roll, no shelves/counters in bathroom). The hotel has 3 separate buildings, one of which is the cute 2-story Victorian-looking building. Guest rooms aren't there! We were in one of the other 2 non-descript 1950's looking buildings and the bathrooms need some serious renovating. And the entire room needed to be much cleaner (cobwebs, dead flies, dust bunnies, dirty bathroom fixtures.) Next trip to Baie St Paul, we will spend more money and stay somewhere nicer.

We had a terrible experience. When we opened the bed to put our kids to sleep, the sheets had obviously not been changed. The bottom sheet and mattress cover were wrinkleg together to the point where we could see the shape of the previous guest. We went to the reception and we changed the beds ourselves. The bathroom smelled of urine and the floor was sticky. The table lamps were covered in week old dust. We asked for the room to be fully cleaned the next day but they did not do it.

Wow! What a nice place to stay in Baie-Saint-Paul! Beautiful view of the sea from our room. It was also very spaceful. We had a very nice bath too. The service was also very friendly and quick. The location is near the downtown. Definitly a great spot !

Premierement derniere experience culinaire a cette endroit plus que ordinaire le repas pre-etablie..Genre cafetaria!! Appart le dessert bon mais servie congeler.. Seulement deux jeunes serveuses pour tout le services..ils ont fait vraiment leur possible..et laisser a eux meme part la gerante absente (vu 10 min.) et partie!!! La salle est tres belle pour une reception de ce genre...Mais il faut la louer a plus de 350$ Desole mais c est notre experience vecu!!!

Cet hôtel est charmant. Son personnel vraiment accueillant et gentil. La salle de séjour offre une magnifique vue sur le fleuve. Ses déjeuners sont vraiment délicieux. La chambre à coucher a été rénovée mais la salle de bain pourrait être améliorée.

Le site était parfait. J'ai visité le site Web avant de sélectionner l'endroit. Les photos des chambres reflétaient la réalité. Cependant, pour notre souper prévu au restaurant du site, le menu ne comportait que 6 choix dont 3 étaient des pizzas soit au fromage ou garnies. Si vous prenez le temps de regarder les photos du restaurant en ligne, vous constaterez qu'on ne peut pas s'attendre à un menu si peu élaboré même si nous sommes en basse saison. Pour le déjeuner du lendemain, les crêpes maison étaient des crêpes déjà faites et réchauffées le matin même. Elles n'étaient pas chaudes du tout et le personnel sur place ne savait pas comment faire fonctionner la machine à café pour nous servir un latté comme sur le menu. Cette expérience culinaire fut tellement décevante pour un si beau site. J'ai demandé à un responsable du site de me contacter et plus d'une semaine plus tard, je n'ai toujours aucune nouvelle.

Passage de la femme de ménage : mettre des serviettes, lits non faits Pb signalé non résolu À l accueil , vous avez des belles photos de chambre : c est du vent Dommage car si les chambres étaient rénovées et surtout bien entretenues ce serait un bel endroit
