去呼和浩特旅遊，沒有到達目的地，中途遇火車前方有雪崩？不知道詳情，996次火車的全部乘客中通下車各奔東西，半夜免費打車來到我們的VIP“百城火車站麗楓酒店”感謝前台美女小王熱情接待，還升級了房間免費早餐，賓至如歸，房間非常乾淨漂亮，是我們非常熟悉喜歡酒店，超級贊，值得推薦。

整體感覺非常棒，房間寬敞，衞生間和浴室獨立分開。，早餐口感新鮮，很好吃，前台服務也很熱情小姐姐很漂亮，推薦大家去住。
酒店內部裝修講究，清新淡雅！房間也很整潔乾淨，遠遠高於我的預期！床品乾淨舒適！服務人員熱情細心，早餐特別好，總體來説很滿意！
酒店離太原街很近，設施新，裝修很有特點，和圖片一樣，乾淨衞生，衞生間乾濕分離，洗浴房空間大，帶孩子出門，最關心的就是住宿乾淨，這點對酒店很滿意，房間面積也很寬敞
要給前台服務員點贊一個，由於自己來的比較早，都是早上剛剛退的房間，前台及時讓客房打掃出一間房給我辦入住。登記辦理快捷，態度尤其好！很有心，特別滿意
總之，這次選擇麗楓很滿意，早餐特別好，性價比較高，孩子也很喜歡，直接麗楓！

非常愉快的一次入住。
沒想到白城的麗楓性價比如此高，服務也是很不錯去。
房間雖然不大，但是打掃的乾淨整潔，燈光和床品以及洗漱用品都很好。
有洗衣服房、有入住水果、有無限量免費水、門口免費停車。

衞生：260元一晚的酒店，地毯上污漬一大片，打掃的還有殘留的木棍和葯片
服務：第一天歡迎水果7點多還沒有給，打電話催説忘記了。讓客房多給幾瓶水，説一會給送結果又給忘記了。第二天打掃房間非常糊弄，茶包沒給。
設施：餐廳與酒店不相連，在酒店外的商鋪，中間相隔了一個銀行。正好趕上第二天早上下大雨，雖然帶傘了，腿和鞋也濕了
服務：服務衹能説有，但是不多

我是和我先生從北京回到他的家鄉舉辦婚禮才有的這躺旅程，途徑了很多城市-河北-內蒙-吉林-齊齊哈爾。住了很多個城市的酒店，在通遼也住的麗楓，但是吉林白城的麗楓真的是超級好評。剛進入酒店大廳，前台的姐姐就超級熱情給我們的房間升級了套房和歡迎水果，（水果不是不知道切了多久的爛西瓜之類的，都是新鮮的）就感覺超級貼心，有什麼問題都積極的幫我們解決，就不像是出去住酒店，反而像是回到了家裡的那種，真的是這一路最最最最讓我感到開心的一個事兒～房間內環境，衞生都很好～前台的姐姐們也特別好，給他們發小紅花加工資！！！住這一夜麗楓的體驗感，讓我對這個品牌好感提升超級高，家人來參加我婚禮本來定好的全季都取消了，我都要在齊齊哈爾定麗楓！所以説前台服務人員的印象和服務態度，真的大程度地決定了客人下次住不住和品牌文化！
