We stayed here for 5 nights as we were attending a wedding nearby. The staff were amazing. We had a great welcome from Gennaro who was brilliant dealing with us all and sorting things out for us. Also, Sabrina who kept us supplied with drinks and coffee at all hours of the day! There is a beautiful pool and the sea is a short stroll away, well supplied with loungers and umbrellas. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the decor in the reception and bar is modern and funky. The only odd thing is the need to pre purchase drinks tokens from reception before going to the bar. A card terminal on the bar would be far easier for the guests. We would certainly recommend this hotel. Loved it and hope to return to stay again in the not too distant future.

I was with a group for 7 nights. The hotel is isolated, nothing around, there is no transport to the center or shops. Small rooms, need to change the furniture. I found trash in the drawers and dust everywhere. Never 4 stars, maybe 2+! At the half-board meal, the menu is fixed, without options, the portions are small, like for children, and only if you make a complaint (maybe) you get a normal portion. If you have an intolerance, you have nothing to replace it with. Out of the 7 days I stayed, in 2 days we received cookies left over from breakfast for dessert. The same breakfast every day, and when there are several groups, the waiters give you a single product of your choice (even if it's a buffet) and if you "allow" yourself to take two pieces of croissant, he shouts after you and warns you that you're not allowed, even if you haven't taken anything else! Their photos are fake, there is no diversity that can be seen in the photos. The only good thing is that the beach is nearby, but there was nothing arranged and a lot of garbage.

The hotel is in a wonderful location. You can see the sea and hear its roar from the balcony. The room is clean, the coffee and breakfast are delicious. The staff is very kind and helpful. I would love to go back anytime.

Horrible stay room service very kind apart from the Maitre d' very rude towards the diners and greeting customers with profanity hoping that we did not understand Italian horrendous and dirty rooms Breakfast buffet with no culinary choices. I hope you appreciate my French but really very bad😣😣

rude staff, they discriminated against Italians, the Germans were served before us, furthermore they served us cappuccino in a plastic cup and the Germans in a porcelain one, we found sheets with holes in them and they made us pay for a television that we found route on our way back to the hotel. the location was the only thing acceptable unlike the very often poor quality food

I stayed for 4 nights in this hotel, the rooms were in terrible condition, as dirty as ever. At the restaurant the food was inedible, the meat was raw and the potatoes were full of oil. The staff was rude, rushed during service. I don't recommend this place.

I stayed in this hotel with the school, it was a wonderful experience, I must say that the employees are all very kind and very helpful, if I had to find a flaw it is the food, but ultimately fantastic. A very nice thing is that the hotel overlooks the sea, giving the possibility of spending evenings there. The rooms were very large, quite bright and clean.
