It's been seriously an amazing stay! Real pleasure! We've loved literally everything. Starting with the staff, food, drinks, bicycles (we spent 2 days sightseeing area around), ending with the stunning beach club, the sea a few metres away. There is no point in posting hotel/ room photos as they look identical to the gallery on the hotel's website. We really appreciated that the hotel was fully booked and you didn't feel the crowds. It was truly the 7 day break we so needed. Thank you again! All the best to you, Orsola and your super workmates! Monika with mum and auntie 🫶

Was very quiet on arrival but the evenings and weekends were busy with weddings etc happening next door. Arrived just before the season fully opened , so plenty of sun beds around pool and restaurant was quiet. Food was very good but expensive. Breakfast mediocre, staff brilliant. Well trained, helpful most spoke English. Housekeeping staff are fantastic, room was spotless as were communal areas. If you are looking for a beach/pool holiday this is resort for you. Geared towards younger people and children. Personally did not appreciate the loud music that was played every day around the pool area and could be heard in the room, particularly when next door started playing theirs/ and or event had started then just subjected to "noise" with competing music. Very little to do locally and you will need a car. However later in the season this could change as restaurants and bars open. Overall, I loved this place and would return but ask for a room away from the pool/Beach and stay for a weekend rather than a week.

Spent one night here when driving from Fiumincino to Sorrento. Beautiful location on the beach. Room was clean and wr had nothing to complain about. There was a small gym downstairs. Friendly service, convenient parking in the fron yard. Delicious breakfast! The only con was that there was nothing much outside the hotel - the local restaurants weren't open (maybe because the season was over?)

Overall a great family vacation at the resort. Relaxing resort, clean & comfortable rooms, great service by the staff, fair prices and warm hospitality. The only thing I would recommend to improve is the lunch menu and the way it is served (paper boxing).

This hotel looks beautiful in the pictures but the pictures and information provided about the hotel do not accurately reflect our experience. We booked a Double Delux (Stile) Room with balcony/terrace and sea view. On entering the room everything was as per the hotel pictures. However the balcony was tiny, with hardly enough room for 2 people to stand and no furniture. All the hotel pictures show reasonable size balconies with furniture. Also be warned, although there is a sea view, you are not directly in front of the sea but looking over buildings with the sea behind. We were informed that we could upgrade to a room with a terrace at an extra cost of 17 euros per night. After a bit of an argument we were “upgraded “ to a room with a larger balcony and furniture for no additional cost. We were informed that there were only 2 rooms in the hotel that had this larger balcony which we believe the hotel calls a terrace. However despite what we were told, this was not an upgrade. It was still a Double Delux (Stile) Room, it just had a larger balcony and was as shown on their website for this type of room. The only possible upgrades would have been to a Spa Suite or a Family Suite. The food options were limited and the Beach Bar was closed. The restaurant has a very limited menu, there was no room service and nowhere else to eat within walking distance. Breakfast was poor and by far the worst of all the hotels we stayed in during our road trip around Italy. Even though we stayed on a Wednesday night there was a wedding reception going on during the day. We could hear the music from our room, but as the weather was not good the wedding party was in another building. We accepted the noise, having been pre-warned from reading other reviews and did not find it to be so loud that it disturbed us. However about 9 that evening the wedding party moved into a room directly below us. We could hear the extremely loud music and the DJ as if we were in the same room! After about 90 minutes I went to reception and was told that they would ask the DJ to turn down the music. However we did not want to ruin a wedding! This hotel does not care about their guests that are there on holiday to relax and have nothing to do with the events. We were informed by the manager that she had upgraded us for free (not true) and that in Italy they had a licence to play loud music until 1.30 in the morning. She also said that their website makes it perfectly clear that the hotel was an events hotel and these events can take place every day of the week during summer. On checking their website it states “Perfect location for summer events and parties, the part used for celebrating special occasions is positioned in such a way as not to interfere with the guests of the hotel.” Be warned this is not true and do not book this hotel if you want a peaceful, restful holiday. Also be aware that if you do have a problem you are unlikely to be treated courteously and with respect by

Showed up with a confirmed, non-refundable reservation to this hotel (made directly on the hotel website) at around 4pm on the day of check-in and apparently they overbooked and they pretended like my confirmed reservation was made up. They offered to send us to a rickety 2-star hotel down the road instead at the same price, which was available for a much lower price online. Incredibly rude, shockingly terrible hospitality. Don't trust them to honor a reservation. Had to insist on them refunding me and giving me a confirmation before leaving.

The treatment we received and how it felt being at this hotel was just bizarre. It’s hard to explain. It’s such a beautiful hotel, but we felt very ‘out of place’, like we were unwelcome guests crashing someone’s wedding. As it turns out, this hotel has an attached wedding facility (which has it’s own separate pool, banquet hall and private beach area), as well as a ‘beach club’ for public/paid day use. So the hotel has a constant stream of people coming to the beach club from outside the hotel, or people who rent out the restaurant for parties. This hotel seems like it’s more of an ‘events centre’ for locals, where groups rent out the space for weddings and special dinners, and for ‘beach day use’, than it is a proper hotel meant to cater to their guests. I think the former is their main revenue stream, as this is where they focus their attention and good manners. Hotel guests come second, or third of forth. The website lists all the languages spoken at this hotel, but only one or two people were able to communicate with us in English. Most of the staff did not speak English and seemed put off or annoyed when we tried to speak broken Italian to communicate with them. The bill we were given at check out was in Italian, so we were not able to verify what was charged to our room. Only after we checked out of the hotel (early in the morning to catch our flight back home) did I notice (through google translate) that we were charged for ‘beach chairs’, “spiaggia noleggio giornaliero”, that we did not use, an additional 70 euros per day! We were told the pool was free to use, but apparently, we were still charged 70 euros per day. I can only assume this is because we ‘checked out’ the towels by the pool (they ask for your room card to use the towels). When I contacted ********** to help me (through the app chat) they got on the phone with the hotel and tried to talk to them about it, but then they hung up on her! She told me I would have to deal with the hotel myself. I emailed the hotel, and not surprisingly, I have not heard back from them. I’ve never heard of being charged such a ridiculous amount of money to use the hotel pool towels. If you look at the other reviews on this website, you'll see that the hotel only responds to people who have left good comments, not complaints. That is a sign of how they will deal with you if you have any issues there, they will completely ignore you and your concerns. There are two restaurants on site, however, we were not allowed to use the Mamita restaurant (inside). I booked a reservation for the restaurant with someone at the front desk, but I got a call later on to notify me that my reservation was moved to the beach club - again (which is outside), with no explanation. I can’t help but assume it was because we did not speak Italian, as there were other Italian speaking people in the Mamita restaurant as we walked through it to get to the beach club. Instead, we were seated next to a children’s birthd

Essentially Biai Domizia is where the Italians go for their holidays, where very little English is spoken and you know what it feels like to be a foreigner. The hotel itself was very clean with very helpful reception staff though again there were very few of the other staff who spoke English. There are two excellent (though expensive) restaurants onsite though there appeared to be a distinct lack of vegetables (lol so much for the Mediterranean diet), and the pool bar served good food, beer and wicked cocktails. Now the interesting 🧐 part, as mentioned in previous reviews, Cumeja, and the neighbouring hotels are wedding/ event venues with weddings on most days some of which continue (noisily) into the night. Bearing this in mind the rooms facing the sea are subject to the full force of dance music with the neighbouring hotel having a beach dance venue with a sound system that drowns out everyone else. So if you need to stay her opt for a garden facing room. If you fancy a balcony where you can sit, relax and enjoy a view of the sea, forget it, what balcony there was four foot deep by six foot and had a four foot wall with a reinforced glass panel on top and no chairs to lounge on. Again garden better with some rooms having a proper balcony. The rooms were reasonably well equipped and we managed to get a kettle to make our obligatory cup of tea 😂 . There is a fridge for storage of falanghina and peroni. Of particular importance is the fact that Cumeja is beach club and people come for a day on the beach and pay €40 per day for two loungers and an umbrella, though if you’re a resident you can lounge by the pool or use the jacuzzi to your hearts content. The locality is as mentioned previously an Italian holiday resort with the main town Cellole three miles away, again be aware that very few people speak English and that unless you can afford (and want) to eat a la carte fine dining every evening you will be limited to pizza seafood pasta and salads. Nonetheless we had a great experience as we were there for an Italian style wedding that did not disappoint.
