Pure magic. Beautiful property, excellent rooms (suite with plunge pool awesome for our family of 3 and our teen had his own space). Awesome food. Great beach and surf and excellent pools. Honestly, the negatives are so inconsequential (tables to low at La Boquita, coffee could be a bit stronger). It is pricey, but was worth the splurge. We surfed and enjoyed a pretty much empty break with nice longboard waves.

This was our second time at Susurros and it was even better than the first. Literally every single thing is on point -- the rooms, pools, food, service -- everything. I will also say that the value here really stands out. Many expensive resorts are nice but you end up feeling nickle and dimed, or that things were overpriced-- not here! They are generous in every way, from food to service to in-room amenities, and all the little extras in between. We cannot wait to come back!

This resort is beautiful and so relaxing! There's truly something for everyone - adults, couples, kids, families, etc. I would definitely return!! I visited in November with a friend and we had an amazing stay relaxing by the adult pool, on the beach cabanas and using their Onda spa facilities. It was only a one night stay, but we wish it could have been longer! The staff is soo friendly and the rooms are extremely spacious! Great amenities and solid service.

Truly a bespoke experience. The accolades are absolutely deserved. Beautiful property with an army of the friendliest staff keeping every attention to detail spot on. King Suite was amazing and on property restaurants all top notch. Loved the 3 tier pool deck areas, each with their own vibe and the private beach is beautiful.

My wife and I made a spontaneous visit to Susurros Del Corazón last weekend for a much needed getaway. From the second we stepped out of the car from the airport we knew this was a special place. The service, room, food, pool and quiet location exceeded expectations. Honestly one of the finest resorts we’ve ever stayed and can’t wait to return.

The staff here are attentive, kind, and very responsive. Everyone was incredibly accommodating of our toddler and the resort was even running a promotion when we visited for free children's meals. The spa is amazing. The food and cocktails are good (although probably the only weak point of the overall experience). There was a sea turtle release that was incredible. The beach is beautiful and easily accessible from the hotel. The pools are very nice (one is adults only, the other two are family friendly). We wanted to check out Sayulita so the staff set up a short day trip for us. We forgot our toddler's hat on a pool chair and it was brought to our room. I could go on and on but the bottom line is that this place is worth the (admittedly hefty) price tag. Highly recommended.
