The staff at check in were awesome. We came quite late but Elias (I think) his name was was super nice and helpful. They brought our bags up to our room and we settled in for the night. He gave us some advice for where to draw and exchange money from trusted places which we appreciated. On the second day, we went to the bank to draw money that he had recommended and left our bank card in the ATM. We only realized when we got back. Malena at the front desk organized a golf buggy to take us back to the bank asap and hallelujah, they had our card safe and sound.
We used the pool and got some drinks from the pool bar which were delicious. Unfortunately our stay was only short but it is a beautiful place to stay with very friendly staff.
