1. I booked this hotel to go diving in Sipadan. As a result, the customer service of Ctrip was very nice and the trip went smoothly! In this regard, I am very satisfied with this trip! Then the price is very beautiful. If it is set elsewhere, 4000 for two people can't run away. We add Sipadan, and Madagyung for a total of 6 dives, only 4000. 2. On the day of arrival, the reception staff of the hotel are very friendly, they are ready to welcome drink and lunch, and the room is ready after eating and drinking, and the checkin experience is also very good! 3. The room temperature is more comfortable with air-conditioning and electric fans. The bed is soft and the pillows are relatively high. There is an extra bed by the window. The bath water should be heated in advance, and the lighting group control is very 👍. Except for a little problem with the toilet, everything else is ok! 4. Meals, each meal has cold drinks, hot drinks, desserts, pastries, fruits, vegetables, beef and lamb, fish, rice, fried noodles, pasta, and salads. It's already great for me! The taste is not bad, you can also order other big meals to eat, the price of drinks is reasonable. It is a place to spend money to buy and enjoy. 5. The experience of diving, the biggest reward of coming here is to get to know a group of diving enthusiasts from all over the world. The hotel’s beaches are not care for anything, just for diving! The staff in the dive shop are very friendly, the little brothers will help take care of everything, we only need to dive and dive!
POM POM Island Resort

Experience in this unique and disappointing resort at the same time. We have been 3 days in this resort accommodation in a water villa. The strengths were: - Paradise sea and white beach - easy to be used with snorkeling - presence of schildpads almost guaranteed several times a day in low water (unique experience) - courtesy of staff at the reception and in the restaurant room, with extreme availability and a look of attention for Italian tourists The elements that have adversely affected the unique place where we were were mainly: -The plastics that comes from the sea to several waves and continuously accumulates on the beach, plastic strawed baskets. The lack of and sporadic staff cleaning interventions can not even at least address this dilagant problem, which is already present in Semorna and all over Borneo. -The food approved on Chinese tourism, little variety, repeated and medium-sized quality. The hall director Esa, a wonderful person, has offered us pasta and pizza to dress up the problem (fortunately!) - 95% of the untreated, prepotent and uncareful Chinese paradise in which they are: they spend time taking pictures, snorkelig fully dressed and staying in their bungalows, then appear again like a noiseq herd of cattle stripped at the time of the meal! -A beautiful, but partly unused resort and a slightly used rooms from time: it looks like the residual of something that years ago was fully-regimed. It is unfortunate to see a place with so much potential not to express it at the best. It is even more unfortunate to spend a lot of money on a place that doesn't worth it at the present state of things.
Hotel de Leon

My room (superior king room) was big and clean, but smelled a bit weird, it might be the smell of the sanitiser. The building from inside is newly renovated (renovation is still in progress), the lobby looks very nice, the staff is nice and friendly, but they have no restaurant, no small bar, no lounge, nothing. And the most disappointing thing: I could smell in my room that someone(s) smoke in the corridor or somewhere close! It was crazy disgusting! Smoking is not allowed in the building, but unfortunately they cannot detect it, since there is no smoke detector, which is dangerous.

Good location. Many restaurants & stores near the hotel. The hotel is located on the 1st floor, reaching there by the staircase. The room was not big & no window although I booked a family room. But it was clean & comfortable👍. The staff is really helpful. 😁

Staff was friendly but the Hotel is slightly tired. Rooms is a good size with amazing view over Tawau and the coastline, but the rooms really are in need of some refurbishment. The bed was very comfortable and the aircond was excellent, we slept well. Good breakfasts selection on level 7 with amazing views. Would stay again due to its location, price and service
