The room was quite spacious for 2 adults and 2 kids. Got 7e next to the hotel lobby, really easy to buy necessaries.

I have been staying every month in junior suite. So many times i have mentioned it to the staff & even the GM. Unfortunately no action was taken. For a junior suite amenities are very basic. Not even face towel or inroom slippers provided. Inroom phone is not working. Aircond is not cold, worst got moss. So dissapointing. However, the staff is very good. Friendly. Helpful. I understand they are doing their best in a very limited resources they were given. I urge management to look into this seriously. Let the picture speaks for itself.

It took nearly 20 minutes to check in. The toilet drain was clogged and water couldn't flow in. We had to find someone to fix it before we could use it. There was no cleaning or water prepared the next day. The service of such an expensive room was very average, and there were unclean things in the hotel. I dare not stay here next time
