MMarielle RenzieI like the location walking distance to The Spring Mall very strategic, I did not try the breakfast & swimming pool but however there are 3 plugs in room but only 1 function, please upgrade your room so not up to date...very old...Next time i bring extension so i can charge phones and laptops.

AAnonymous UserAm a frequent Trip.com traveller and found this beatiful hotel in Bintulu during my busines visit. I would recommend this for a number of key factors: 1) Strategic Location 2) Cosy & Comforting Atmosphere 3) Wide spread of Breakfast (and delicious, particularly there Bubur is a must try). I would not dwell on the negatives because they are very irrelevant to address here. Will sure to visit again. Thumbs up 👍

RRyan ThenI loved the ambience of this hotel, it was clean and comfortable. The room was also spacious and cozy.
The only drawbacks were the hotel was located slightly far away, where you need to take grab to access to places with good food etc.
And also my room was just facing the road, so you can actually hear the motorcycle racing in the midnight.

Firstly, I must commend the quality of the hotel room itself. It was well-appointed, clean, and comfortable, providing a pleasant environment for my stay. The amenities and facilities within the room met my expectations, and the overall ambiance contributed to a relaxing atmosphere.
However, I encountered an issue with the water supply in the room. The water pressure was not strong enough, which made showering and using the sink somewhat inconvenient. Additionally, the water temperature was not consistently hot; it tended to fluctuate, and at times, it was uncomfortably cold.
This aspect of my stay was disappointing, as having a reliable and comfortable water supply is essential for a satisfactory hotel experience. I believe addressing this issue would significantly enhance the overall guest experience.
I trust that this feedback will be taken into consideration, and I hope to see improvements in the future. Despite this issue, I would consider staying at your hotel again, given the positive aspects of my visit.

AAnonymous UserThis is 1st time check in at Bintulu Town. So far this properties is good & middle of town. For facilities & amenities okay. Just comment the staff when request the thing quite late respond & have to call 2 3 times to double check again. For cafe, need to add on staff or help staff at cafe to make sure food enough for breakfast.

II FattahThis hotel has passed it’s prime. Suitable for budget travelers only. The front office staff were helpful. Breakfast is very simple but cold without any food warmers to keep food warm and the service was very poor.
I had to stay an additional night and checking Trip.com no room was available; had to book through the hotel directly but they couldn’t give me the receipt after making the payment, had to wait until the next day. A very unusual practice.

The room was equipped with all the modern amenities I needed, including fast Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV, and a well-stocked minibar.
The bathroom was spacious and luxurious, featuring a large shower, plush towels, and premium toiletries. I also loved the attention to detail, such as the complimentary coffee and tea, as well as the thoughtful layout that made the room feel both cozy and functional.
One of the best parts of my stay was the stunning view from my room, which overlooked the beautiful surroundings of the hotel. It was the perfect backdrop for a peaceful and relaxing stay.
Overall, Wiwo Hotel exceeded all my expectations with its top-notch facilities and beautifully appointed rooms. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and luxurious stay, and I look forward to returning on my next visit.
