The Plaza Lodge Baguio

Thr location is good. Nice view. The staff is very accomodating. Cons no complimentary water bottles in the room. Coffee is not good at the breakfast buffet. Don’t expect aircondition in the room. Because its Baguio, the wind is a bit chilly but its not too cold all the time. They have ceiling fans in the room and the receptionist sat you can request for electric fan. Over all was a pleasant stay

There are a few points would like to bring up 1. The ceiling fan in the room is functional, However, the wind is totally not strong enough, so turning it on means not turning it on. 2. No YouTube/Netflix function on TV. Staying other hotels in Baguio which the said functions are available as well. But here no. 3. The hangers in wardrobe are so inconvenient, It can only be hung in the closet and cannot be taken away. Sometime want to hang clothes at the balcony but have no way. 4. Suggest to have USB socket ports at the bed side would be more convenient 5. Seems no individual button could control the light of baloncy. Seems the light is connected to some of the lights in room. 6. Front desk are friendly but can be more professional. Approached to the reception but no one acknowledged. We have to tell them "check in" proactively 7. Prior arrival, sent the message to hotel for the room inquire, the first they replied, but afterwards, no replied from hotel anymore. 8. Breakfast not much selection. And many staffs at the counter 9. Shower water pressure not strong enough and hot water not hot enough. And no water refill after make up room service. Even so, base on the hotel location and the mountain view, will consider staying again in the future. Hope the management will review the comments and hopefully will see some improvements by then. no water bottled, no extra tissue available in the washroom.I suggest to put rubbish bag in the rubbish bin to look a little bit clean.The rest is good..

The Plaza Lodge Baguio is quite new, big rooms with balcony. Ample parking space in basement. Room is clean but lack stuff such as bottled water, hair dryer, anti-slip mat in shower room. Over all experience is okay.

The hotel is new. Staffs are very friendly and nice. Breakfast is good but not excellent. The room has a ceiling fan so we need to open the window and sliding door. Our room was facing residential area so there were dogs barking in the middle of the night.

Upon arriving in the room, a very humid and hot environment greeted me, adding to my frustration and discomfort. It seems like nobody was willing to listen to my frustration or help me. The hotel staff claimed they don't specify whether the room has AC or not in their ads, yet Leslie and Cris Ann from trip.com insisted it was clearly stated on their website, despite my screenshot showing otherwise. I had to switch to a more expensive room with AC, costing me extra. If I had known earlier, I would have chosen a different hotel.
