Nous n'avons pas réussi à y aller car à la réservation avec une wonderbox la femme de l'accueil a été très désagréable. Elle raccrochait sans arrêt car toutes les dates qu'on lui demandait n'était soit disant pas disponibles... Ce n'est pas digne d'un commerçant !!

Hotel que je recommande à 200/100 on s'y sent en famille et avons d mal à repartir A chaque fois que l'on va à bagnoles de l'orne c'est celui que l'on choisit Le repas fait maison de A à Z et un réel délice et on ne sait que choisir L'accueil est très agréable et on peut y ressentir cette belle harmonie familiale Bravo à vous car de nos jours avec la concurrence et la complicité des gens vous restez très professionnels Merci encore et au plaisir de vous revoir Ps et les petites peluches tricotees au crochet c'est trop mimi, et typique de chez nous une vraie magicienne et surtout très originale... Le 22 avril 2025, Nous avons réserver et nous avions 1 coffret Smartbox. 1 ascenseur pour accéder aux étages depuis le parking . La chambre propre, claire était bien, propre avec une bonne literie et calme. Nous étions à l'arrière. En plus une grande douche.

Je n'ai pas l'habitude de donner une note maximale, car la perfection n'existe pas. 4 étoiles sont pour moi la reconnaissance d'un accueil aimable et serviable, d'une chambre calme et confortable, d'un parking facile d'accès … en sommes d'un séjour agréable. Par contre le diner, lui, pourrait amplement mériter … 6 étoiles, mais cela n'est pas prévu dans vos critères d'appréciations.
Nous y reviendrons les yeux fermés et l'estomac en demande ...
