Very modern building, clean and well organised.
Spa facilities are an added bonus!
Great value for a family stay.
We only stayed 1 night as passing through on route to the south so we didn’t get a chance to visit the town as raining so much during our short stay! Breakfast was really nice too.
Deffo recommend. Great family room.

If I had booked in a 3-star hotel, I would have been super happy, but here, what a disappointment!
Dated room, poorly maintained, you have the impression of being in a stingy hotel with the prices of a knife noted in the kitchen.
You have to empty your trash!!!! So that had never happened to me 😁
The swimming pool is noisy with its jets and also old-fashioned, we come to relax and we hear children screaming. We stayed there for 3 hours and we never saw a single person cleaning, with all the people coming and going, it's disgusting on the floor.
Another thing: at reception we are told that the town of Bagnoles is turning off all its lights and that we should not complain to them basically. Except that the only lights I saw turned off at night were at the hotel to go to the parking lot and not in the city! This hotel is the maximum savings, for the ecological question, it's great, but after the solar street lights it exists, and otherwise, don't blame the city!
Positive point: the breakfast buffet was great, but good considering the price (15€ per person), fortunately!
Point of improvement: No sign indicating whether we had to make our own hard-boiled eggs or whether those present were already cooked. So, I opened an egg (not cooked) and 👉 waste
