L'hôtel est parfaitement situé, très jolie et à quelques minutes du col de Tourmalet. Les hôtesses d'accueils sont très agréables est souriantes.
La chambre est assez spacieuse pour 4 personnes. Petit déjeuner copieux.
Nous reviendrons sans hésitation.

We have stayed for 3 days and 2 nights in this hotel. It is quite clean and nice. I was surprised that they still had key system, so we had to search where to switch on the light. The breakfast, in my opinion, isn’t very well presented and doesn’t have many options. The staff lacked a bit of friendliness, especially the girl that managed the breakfast. The style is a bit oldish, especially in meeting rooms but all things considered, I liked our stay there.

L hôtel est à 15 min à pied du centre, parking privé très grand, l Accueil est bon et la chambre simple et confortable. Bemol; pas de clim et petit dej sans pain et viennoiseries fraîches (congelés passé au four ?) Pas de salade de fruits et fromage blanc et pas de gâteaux Maison Dommage

Au dernier moment, à 20h nous avons pu avoir une chambre de cet hôtel. La chambre et la sale de bain étaient très propres. L'hôtel est très calme. Le petit déj est très bien. Le seul bémol, il manque la climatisation dans la chambre.

Excellent etablissement. Chambre pour handicapés vaste et très très confortable. Excellent petit déjeuner buffet. Le seul bémol c'est le restaurant complet pour le dîner et pas de veritable plan b.

Nous devions séjourner dans cet établissement une nuit dans le cadre d’un séjour organisé par un club de voitures où nous sommes adhérents. Blessée 8 jours avant le départ, mon mari et moi n’avons pu participer à cette semaine dans le sud ouest et avons donc dû annuler la réservation de notre chambre. Malgré la présentation d’un certificat médical et d’un arrêt de travail, la direction n’a jamais voulu nous rembourser les 230€ payés à la réservation sous prétexte que l’annulation intervenait à moins de 30 jours de notre arrivée. Mon tort ? N’avoir pas su programmer mon accident ni la gravité de ma blessure afin de coller à leurs CGV ! Le tort de cet hôtel ? Commercialement nul. Même pas un avoir, un remboursement partiel… Rien… ÉTABLISSEMENT A ÉVITER TOUT SIMPLEMENT !
