L'hôtel est parfaitement situé, très jolie et à quelques minutes du col de Tourmalet. Les hôtesses d'accueils sont très agréables est souriantes.
La chambre est assez spacieuse pour 4 personnes. Petit déjeuner copieux.
Nous reviendrons sans hésitation.

We have stayed for 3 days and 2 nights in this hotel. It is quite clean and nice. I was surprised that they still had key system, so we had to search where to switch on the light. The breakfast, in my opinion, isn’t very well presented and doesn’t have many options. The staff lacked a bit of friendliness, especially the girl that managed the breakfast. The style is a bit oldish, especially in meeting rooms but all things considered, I liked our stay there.

Hotel calme, personnel très professionnel. Petit problème d'odeur dans la salle de bain. Vite résolu avec changement de chambre, Les lumières très faible, et douche le matin du très froid au brûlant. Literie au top Hotel propre Petit déjeuner au top

Au première abord agréable même si il y a une grande route passante rivière sur le côté. Premier hôtel, alors qu il s'agit de notre 3 ème dans la region, où nous devons régler directement en arrivant avec un acceuil tout sauf chaleureux et personnalisé. Chambre ayant un espace suffisant, mais mal isolée nous avons bien profité des voisins, heureusement que la literie est correcte. Bref rien de notable a part la presence d un bon restaurant a cote la Fabrique du terroir. Deux etoiles serait plus approprié.

Ambiance déco plutôt froide, on croirait un hôtel de chaine. Ne dormez surtout pas sur l'arrière, livraisons à 4H du matin, va et viens de véhicules à partir de 6H et mise en route de groupe de ventilation (activité de livraison de repas). Première fois que je paye la note à l'arrivée en ayant réservé sur place et donné mon numéro de carte en garantie, c'est très surprenant et pas très engageant. Mauvais rapport qualité prix avec en prime un petit déj simplissime. heureusement personnel assez sympa.

Venu pour une nuit, un personnel agréable, souriant, et à l'écoute. L'hôtel est super propre et soigné. La chambre était spacieuse avec une très belle vue sur les Pyrénées. De plus le petit déjeuner avec une large amplitude d'horaire à un grand choix sur le buffet et des produits de la région. Nous recommandons.

Même s'il nous a paru un peu froid et impersonnel de prime abord, nous avons trouvé une chambre propre, confortable et spacieuse avec de quoi faire du rangement. Le personnel fait le job. Un peu excentré mais large stationnement pour compenser.
