O hotel está com problema na caldeira a lenha, fazendo fumaça absurdamente. Nos colocaram nm quarto ao lado dessa caldeira. Precisei mudar de quarto e pagar a diferença. O café-da-manhã é servido num prédio anexo e estando chovendo o hóspede se molha para acessar.

O hotel não tem boa acessibilidade. Os quartos localizados no prédio principal são melhores e melhor conservados. O café da manhã é muito desorganizado, fica em uma área na frente do hotel, mas é pequeno e os funcionários não dão conta de manter os alimentos servidos e disponíveis. O setor de reservas também nunca atende as ligações.

Hotel bem localizado, tudo limpo. O chuveiro esquentava mas o jato muito ruim. Café da manhã razoável, atendimento não muito cordial por parte das funcionárias. Pedimos leite que havia terminado e não fomos bem vistos. Bom custo benefício.

Ficamos 2 dias com a família, tínhamos reservado 2 quartos no hotel. Fomos bem atendidos em todos momentos. Os quartos são simples, se vc não pode ou não quer subir escadas, peça os quartos térreos do prédio dos fundos. Cama ótima, confortável, chuveiro excelente. Quarto com ar-condicionado silencioso, funcionando. Roupas de cama bem usadas, mereciam ser trocadas. Pia do banheiro sem água quente - no inverno é complicado. Localizado longe do centro, não possui nada de interessante no entorno. Café da manhã agradável, bem completo. Estacionamento descoberto e cobrado no check in (R$15,00). Construção simples porém nova. Custo um pouco acima do que oferece
