We loved everything about this resort. The room was spacious, very friendly and helpful reception staff. They were able to arrange a taxi for us for both days to do some sightseeing and transfer to Mandalay. The buffet breakfast was very good and they have a big selection of food for lunch and dinner. The pool and garden is lovely, ideal for the beautiful sunset in the evening overlooking the river.

Comfy room and big bathroom. Good WiFi (but it’s necessary VPN). There are a lot of options for breakfast, and the restaurant’s food is delicious. All the staff is very helpful (we arrived in the night bus and the room was available to early checkin). It’s possible to rent a motorbike to go to temples.

A super nice resort, right on the banks of the Irrawaddy River in Old Bagan. You can walk to several famous pagodas in Bagan in 20 minutes. The resort has a swimming pool, bar, and restaurant (the food and service are very good). The room is very large, and there is a small entrance platform when going out, which is very exquisite! highly recommended!

I did not stay at the hotel but tried their spa service and restaurant and really regretted i did especially the spa. Trust me they have no idea what they’re doing, the therapists just rubbed over your body again and again. The property is damp and dirty. Horrible

River view suit is spacious and accessaries are luxarious. Breakfast is teasty. Landscaping is grate leaving large area of open space to enjoy sunset. Service is knowing their work well. Warm water is quick. Can see birds as well. Seat small birds come to fetch breakfast.

Housekeeping service lis good but the bathrooms are old and dingy. The quality of the food is not that great, the food runs out quickly and takes a while to top up. Hotel should be plan accordingly to ensure that the food is always refilled. I was charged for hot water with lemon which I had requested during dinner. When I queried about the charge, I was told it was because I ordered room service which is not the case as the hotel provides tea making facilities in the room. This really leaves an unpleasant feeling after spending a lot at the hotel. I would not recommend the hotel to business travellers nor its a good place to hold events.
