The resort and people are very good - rooms that we stayed are very good - we got upgraded- thanks - Tenzing was cute - food was decent - I think their kichadi and curd rice was great - breakfast decent - but rooms great

Sterling resort rooms were spacious, clean, luxurious with all amenities. Attached bath **** toilet was well equipped clean and spacious. The sitout was spacious and equipped for spending time to enjoy nature. Staff was courteous. Resturant was clean and well lit with courteous staff and good tasty food.

the location is great. As Badami is a dry place...the resort has maintained greenery around the property. It is best in Badami as you have limited choices. Food is great and they don't serve local food.

We booked our stay at sterling banashree and the property was quite enchanting. The way to the resort is through some farms and it isn't great but once inside the resort, you are greeted by friendly staff and the pleasant sound of many birds. Location wise it is just 6 kms from badami cave temple and it is easy to find. We were quite surprised by the food. We had veg gobi adraki and mix veg curries ***** with phulka and chapatis, they were delicious. Next day we had the choice to order from a wide variety of dishes for breakfast, we had idly, uthapam, dosa and poori ***** with watermelon juice. Idly and uthapam were outstanding. Amenities wise there is a large pool, lots of board games and badminton. The room was quite spacious and the washroom hygiene was spot on. It felt like we were in a 4 star hotel. I would definitely recommend this resort as it has a comfortable room, beautiful landscapes, great food and quite convenient to visit nearby stunning temples.

The property has no manager at site, no supervision, rooms and common areas are dusty and unkempt. No one is there to receive you when reach or take your luggage out of the car. Only good thing was the restaurant

Such type of properties at tourist places are although of very average category still there tariffs are much higher. This property for which i paid around rs 9500 for a night was far below my expectation. Just two points will show this : 1. The deluxe room as they call it did not have separate bathing area in the bathroom and the water during bath spill all over the bathroom including toilet seat. How does one uses it after that ? such type of bathroom is provided by below standard small hotels near the railway station or bus stand. 2. When i asked for a bucket of ice cubes in the room, i was told no bucket here and provided the ice in a soup bowl. 3. During the breakfast when i requested for the toasted bread, i was told they do-not have toaster.

huge campus away from crowd. premium and cottage rooms were spacious with huge sit out. food was delicious although menu was limited. overall service was good. one can stay here for 2 nights to explore Badami, Pattaddkal, Aihole and around
