We stayed at this property for one night in May 2023. The place is at baga beach and you can walk to beach in 1 min from your room. Note that there is no parking available on this property; you will have to park your vehicle at private congested parking near by. They usually charge 500-700Rs for 12 hour parking. The rooms were neat; however bathrooms were not clean and maintained. Breakfast spread didn't have good variety and taste was average. Overall the only positive about this property is location.

Please do not go by pictures. It's all fake. This will mislead you and eventually you will regret coming here, the way it happened to me. They are advertising massively online and everyone is falling into trap. It's a very shabby place. Firstly the approach to this place is so bad that u feel u are entering chawl. The photos they show of shacks are not there only. There are hardly any guests here. The property is very ill maintained. It's all dirty everywhere. The staffs are unresponsive. They won't listen to you despite your repeated requests. It's a total waste of money. There are ***y other properties nearby at similar tariffs which are much better than this. We had requested repeatedly for jain food but they didn't pay any heed to it. The only benefit of this property is it's bang on the beach, but for that matter ***y other properties too are bang on beach which are much better. Please do avoid this place guys.
