Sun city deserves 5 star rating. Room and bathroom are clean. Staff behaviour is very good. Swimming pool is also clean

Very nice resort room and staff, once again i suggest this hotel. Food is also best and swimming pool is very neat and clean.

We have booked 2 rooms for 3 nights in month of may. Rooms were spacious. Breakfast and dinner was good. Not many options though.

my stay at Sun City Resort was extremely disappointing. The resort is grossly overpriced, the staff lacks basic customer service skills, and the rooms are in dire need of renovation. I would not recommend this resort to anyone looking for a pleasant and hassle-free stay in Goa.
The check-in process was a nightmare. Despite having a reservation, I was made to wait for almost an hour because the staff needed to confirm the booking with the ******* team. This unnecessary delay was highly inconvenient and frustrating. Furthermore, I was charged an additional fee at check-in, which was supposedly due to a billing error. I still am unsure if the extra charges were accurate, and the staff provided no clear explanation or resolution to this issue.

The hotel stay was not pleasant this time. There was some ot the other problem with the room. First they are using age old ac which is not working properly. The room hygiene was not upto the mark. The telephone was not working every alternate room gave a call with some cross connection which they were unable to track till last. Thie resulted in alot of disturbance for room they also not provide you the complimentary tea at room. If u take cold water they will charge hefty amount. Pool is like everything that glitters is not gold. Same is with the pool the water that looked crystal clear is due to use of high chlorine resulting in tan and skin issues. Staff is also not cooperating they have a different level of ego coming with any request you make. My opposite room had some bachelor boys and they were creating a hell at night on complaining the reception the person (manager) spoke rashly and asked to not call for such things to the reception. So if u wish to have a pleasant stay and most importantly a peaceful one look for some alternative

Disappointed on the restaurant. Order food and same was confirmed. Later on came back saying restaurant has been closed.

We had a good stay in sun city resort. Swimming pool is very good and well maintained. Breakfast is good.
