The way this hotel is depicted as newly refurbed ( described as a new build in the TUI brochure) with the enhanced brochure photos on the trip advisor web page and TUI alike, is a complete false hood, in reality the complex is a run down 1 star establishment at best, which currently is sitting in the middle of a building site, the complex is dirty with a cramped pool area, maximum of 6 sun beds which 4 of them are in darkness by lunch. The staff are untrained and do not know how to present breakfast or lay a table, there is no menu on display, this is down to poor management. All in all a terrible experience culminating in the theft of £280 from my room safe, which in part we carry some blame as my wife wrote the pass key down on a card and unfortunately left it in the room bedside draw, even so you do not expect the staff to take your valuables from your room, strangely not all of the cash was taken £280 out of £720. I reported the theft to the hotel manager who offered no assistance whatsoever simply directed me to the police station 6km away. The Goan police were empathetic and noted the fine detail , they took a written statement from me, however there was no contact from them after the visit to the police station. In the 11 nights we stayed at the hotel we never seen the TUI rep, briefly spoke to him on the phone following the theft, his attitude was claim it on insurance, as we all know it does not work like that. Not sure whom is writing all these 5 star reviews but they have a very vivid imagination.

Brilliant little place in Arpora. The rooms are great, with extremely comfortable large beds. The rooms are cleaned daily. Everyone who works there can't do enough to help. Free bottled mineral water is all over the hotel,which is a lovely gesture. Very clean and well looked after hotel. Looking forward to our next visit, hopefully soon. Thank you all. K & A...

A very mixed experience. Let's start with the positives- lovely designed hotel. I had a suite which was amazing- very spacious and extremely comfortable. Spotlessly clean. The staff were wonderful in all areas. But the real downside was the location . Even taxi drivers didn't know where it was ! It is not close to Baga beach. It's a 45 minute walk ! Very small terrace to pool with Tui clients reserving all the sunbeds by 7am ! Bar was poorly stocked- e.g. gin but no tonic. Breakfast was poor. One morning an omelette took half an hour to arrive at a time when there were only 6 people there. Whilst the menu for lunch / dinner looked OK, many of the dishes were not available. The reality was that no guests had lunch or dinner at the hotel. Location meant long walks to other restaurants apart from Lemon Chilli which is close by and serves excellent food. My stay was also marred by the stench from the hotels septic tank, a very noisy generator when there were power cuts and lots of noise from building works on 3 new properties surrounding the hotel. It also didn't help that the hotels only lift went out of service for 24 hours. And so a very mixed experience. A shame as the hotel is of lovely design. My mini suite was spacious and fab. Staff delightful.

The Hotel was easily accessible with a well maintained pool. Rooms were neat.Beds were large and comfortable. The staff were friendly and highly welcoming. Kids enjoyed the pool very much. We enjoyed our stay with friends and family.....

Was pleasantly surprised by this bright and welcoming hotel nestling among the lush green landscape of rain drenched Goa. We were shown around the hotel by the hotel manager Tushar who did everything possible to make our stay comfortable. The room was clean and well maintained and my word the bed was one of the most comfortable I have slept in. We looked out at the brilliant blue pool immaculately maintained as we tucked into our breakfast in the restaurant. Over soft idlis, puri bhaji and hot cups of tea we charted our plans for the day with great enthusiasm. Transport was organised by the hotel and Tushar had some great recommendations for restaurants, sightseeing , shopping, and spas. Our sincere thanks to Tushar and his staff for great hospitality. The hotel offers rooms at different budget options but the upkeep and service is consistently of the highest quality.
