Gostops Goa, Baga

Location was beautiful. Peaceful yet very near to baga beach. All basic amenities were provided and staff was also polite.

Nice service, we requested them to do early check in. They prioritised our request and gave us key one hour early. Also provided us the support by providing information regarding scooty taxi rent, which was in very optimize price. Rooms were okay but food was also just manageable.

The place has become terrible. More than 5 times i had to complaint for ac in the private room, which got neglected till the last day of our stay, so much for booking a private room with ac. We were waking up with sweat at 6 am because of the ac and how dirty its filters were when the technician came to check it. Bed linens were dirty/ had some weird spots when we checked from inside. When you come to goa and visit beaches daily, if you can’t come back and sleep peacefully, it really frustrates you. The staff was really rude who kept coming to check the ac, he would just say have you touched the remote, have you pressed any button, no dude, your ac doesn’t work, i have not been in the room whole day how i will touch any button

Excellent we book gostops baga for 2 day after good hospitality we extend our booking for 4 day. A *** who sit in reception have good behaviour like long time friend. Hotel is walking distance from baga. Out side food allowed

Everything was at its place clean neat and hygienic stay staff is polite & helpful location is excellent of the property ac washroom everything was working great 10/10 only issue was pool is not clean

No signage nearby to reach property. No proper road access to the property. Poor parking management (got a dent in the vehicle and had to wait for more than 45 mins for the hotel staff to figure out whose vehicle is parked where. Very dingy and pathetic room (mouldy walls and curtains, no brick walls, ceiling was leaking profusely as it was under asbestos cover. Had to change rooms in the middle of the night due to water leakage from the ceiling but the other room was even worse in amenities. Overall really poor stay and experience.
