centrally located, noisy hotel. There is no other option than all tiles and marble on the floor and wall, which resonates enormously. And why do people always have to slam doors? I would inform my guests' to this upon check-in. breakfast is ok. parking space under the hotel, it takes some searching and fitting and measuring with the car.

Big hotel, former convent, smack in the middle of the medieval town of Baeza. Reception people: friendly, helpful. Rooms are reasonably big, slightly outdated and definately worn. Bathrooms are fine. The corridors are long ( former convent, indeed) and echo every footstep - very audibly. The breakfast is good and varied, the breakfast room, the lobby, the restaurant and the bar are austerely furnished, without a trace of homeliness or cozyness. This place caters mainly to big (bus-) travelgroups - and obviously no one expects you to stay more than one more night. The wifi system is a disaster. It is wholly inadequate in capacity and speed for such a big place. It hardly works, and it has not worked well for quite some time now ( we were told by a staff member) Read the older comments on Tripadvisor: this has been going on for some time now. Listen to your clients, please. A system upgrade is a relatively small investment. For now, you get one dot only from us because of poor client orientation.

Generally a good experience. However, be aware that the rooms facing the road outside were and probably always are very noisy. The sound of cars driving past and people walking and talk seemed to go on all night. It was the worst night's sleep of our trip.

Very nice place. The building is beautiful, ideally located. The rooms are nice and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was generous, the staff was friendly. We decided to treat ourselves with an extra night. The only down side: the parking has a really narrow and difficult access, we were not comfortable to use it and went to the public garage at walking distance.

Pro - grote kamer - grote badkamer - centraal gelegen - parkeren onder het hotel (maar wel €15/dag) - prima airco - bed groot en ok (aan harde kant) - vriendelijk personeel (wel taal barrière mbt Engels) Con - ontbijt niet bijzonder - met 2-3 uur heb je hele historisch centrum van Beaza wel gezien, nabijgelegen Úbeda is betere lokatie Curieus: - de safetybox zit ‘in’ de minibar

Prachtig hotel, voormalig klooster. Mooie ingerichte één-persoonskamer. Grote binnenplaats met zitjes. Uitstekende faciliteiten om te ontbijten en dineren. Gezellige bar. Kwam hier met een groepsreis per touringcar. Stad is verkeersluw, hetgeen inhield, dat de bus niet direct bij het hotel kon komen en buitenaf op een speciale parkeerplaats moest blijven. Voor de bagage werd uiteraard wel gezorgd.

Fuimos un grupo de 44 personas, todos coincidimos en que las habitaciones estaban muy bien, la recepción estupenda y en el restaurante, tanto la comida con el servicio impecable. Estuvimos un fin de semana, realizamos las comidas y las cenas.
