Nice location and excellent service. Staff were friendly and Oneth was professional. He assisted us with every request in friendly manner. From the hotel, it is easy to reach to Nine arch Bridge, Demodara railway loop and Mahamevna Temple.

Amazing place The staff are so helpful They will help organise a tuk tuk any time it’s need The restaurant was shut but they still made us a very tasty pasta Didn’t have breakfast but the set up looked good Aravi helped me carry my bags and case to the reception

From the moment we arrived (unexpected) we were made to feel welcome.We were the first guests of the season and hade only booked early in the morning but our rooms were clean well stocked and nicely aired. We discovered that our hire car had a dangerously bald tyre and asked Ravi (manager) if he could direct us to a workshop.It was the afternoon of the presidential election and he said it may be difficult but said he would come with us after visiting 7 tyre workshops we found one open and Ravi fixed everything for us for a great price. For the entire stay all the staff were happy and exceptionally helpful. If we return to Ella I would absolutely no hesitation to rebook this hotel.

Very bad experience I had in my travel life. Such a bad hotel. No water. No food. Staff do not speak. I had to speak to the Aloft Grand owner to get some water into room. Cleanliness NIL. Beds are awful. See the vet mages I attached. Insects all over. Cannot keep the doors open. Cats are coming inside the room. No locks in the bathroom doors. Cannot even give a one star rating to this hotel.

This is a superb property located just a few minutes drive from Ella town. It's built on a safe and scenic landscape facing the beautiful mountains in the area. They offer about 2 types of rooms depending on facilities and rates. We spent 3 days in their cabanas and I must say it was stylish and built to provide a great view. Their staff was friendly and helpful. Only downside of the hotel is it's poorly maintained. It lacked on cleanliness and there were dirty stains on the bed linen. We also figured a rat roaming inside room during the second day. Though they have a pool, it didn't look clean enough for us to use. There were certain other areas within the premises that looked abandoned. If they can fix the above mentioned issues, this could be one of the best hotels in the area. I hope my comments will be taken positively and as an opportunity to improve.

Staff friendly, Chinthana and Lasa were both helpful and provided excellent service. We visited three times. The menu was so good we kept coming back. Great atmosphere. Would recommend to everyone. Good quality and affordable. Amazing food and drinks and a nice atmosphere. Quite a touristic place too. Would recommend to anyone.

The accomodation is modern and clean with access to the pool. Plus, the view is incredible. The staff is very friendly and always available if you need anything. The bathtub was slightly old and hard to control but in general the facilities are nice. The best accomodation we had during our trip. Recommended!

I was in the restaurant of the hotel, it was great, very delicious and worm attitude. I will come here again. The hotel looks very nice and the service guys threat very well. I recommend for every one.
