The accommodation was basic. Not what we used to. The steward Thuwan however was great and made us feel very welcome. The chef Sanjula is very talented. He prepared a 3 course meal for us that was delicious. Clearly you could see that effort was put into the meals in terms of flavor profile and presentation.

We visited 88th Ella for our anniversary. It's a very nice place to stay in Ella if you are visiting Sri Lanka. Garan was really helpful in arranging a Candle Light Dinner for us. He took very special care of us. Food here was also very good. There is a facility for private balconies as well.

Everything was outstanding 🥰🥰🥰 Very much satisfied. From the foods and each everything was perfect.And everyone has a very warm and welcoming behaviour. Hope to visit again 88th ella.Excellent ambience. All the staff are excellent and always smiling

Avoid this hotel. It is dirty, full of bugs, mould in the rooms. No lift. Food awful. I tried to find another hotel to stay in it was that bad but unfortunately everything was fully booked. The staff also refused to refund the cost of the stay if we did move.

Thuwan fazeem. The breakfast have great choices. The breakfast staff was willing to help with anything. The rooms are very nicely furnished and the pool is a great addition to the hotel. I would recommend this hotel.………………………………………………..

The hotel is very good in terms of service, location and design. Especially the food in the restaurant is very excellent. Staff named Garan, provides the best service to us. Recommend to stay in this hotel and take the meals in this restaurant

The room was very comfortable and spacious. Breakfast and dinner was first class and plenty of food. The service at the hotel by all the staff was excellent . Close to all the action yet very quiet stay. Plenty of hot water for showering . Air conditioning made the room pleasant. Excellent excellent excellent

Everything is great for me!! Room - it is really clean. Furnitures are fancy:) Food - Everything is tasty. Dinner menu are salad, soup, main and dessert. I love a dressing of salad. Soup is perfect. It is warm so it is good for a bit cool temperature in Ella. I can taste mushrooms. It is the first time for me to have mushrooms in Sri Lanka. I like mushrooms so was so happy:) I chose a deep fried chicken as a main. That’s great as well. The combination of deep fried chickens and mush potatoes was tasty. The dessert, cut tropical fruits are fresh and sweet. Workers - they are so kind. I feel really comfortable:)
