房間的味道一言難盡，預訂是因為周邊好酒店實在是定滿了的無奈選擇。酒店行李員搶着幫領行李已經到了令人無語的地步，我們一行人4個行李兩大兩小，來了三個人拎，送到房間都墨跡着不走（要小費）。房間被單非常不乾淨。

Sat down with a few friends to enjoy the early morning view. Not only did Lalith offer amazing service, but he also shared great recommendations about things to do in Ella. The juices and coffee were absolutely delicious, making for a perfect start to our day!

I travelled to this hotel via my Intro Travels tour. The staff were absolutely beautiful, especially Lalith who was so friendly and took the time to chat with me at breakfast. The location was also fantastic and just a short walk from the centre of town. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Very scenic balcony view and yet very close to city Center (1km). We totally enjoyed our stay rather we extended by a day. Mr. Shanti at reception was very high on hospitality. Since we arrived in the evening hours and got little wet in rain. He also offered us a complimentary coffee. Rooms are big in size and balconies are luxurious. Ella rock view is just fantastic.

The hotel has a nice view but also a construction side next door with noice from 8 to 18h. We found a cockroach in the bathroom. The cleaning of the room was not done by 2pm and after we asked for doing it and left the sign please clean the room at the door the cleaning was still not done.

Our last stay at ella flower garden resort was very beautiful resort and the hotel staff give us for a very friendlyservice i like to say house keeping deshan they are give us very friendly service we hope yo come again your hotel next time and thnk full all us 🥰🤍
