Хорошие впечатления от отеля. Номер красивый, горячая вода, вкусный ужин и завтрак.Но, из-за того,что рядом стройка, вид из окна не соответствует фотографиям. Но,это к отелю не относится.

The manager, Mr. Rishad was such a gem of a person. The food was authentic & exquisite. The rooms were spotless. The staff were pleasant and courteous. The views are just okay. Construction of another property was happening right across our balcony, so we had workers sporadically staring at us, although it wasn't really disturbing it takes away some of the charm. We spent very little time at the property, 2 nights, but had nothing to really complain. Breakfast was to be selected from a set menu options. We tried almost all the options and a special mention to the chef Primal who would always check on us and seemed quite happy to serve us. Would happily recommend especially for the service and attentiveness of Mr. Rishad and his team. A small suggestion would be to oil the cupboard doors are they creak extremely loudly when used.

The cubes was perfectly located just out of Ella but within walking distance (about 1/2 hour). The view was fantastic and the staff so kind and welcoming. Special mention for the kitchen. The room service was delicious, hot and Chef was super accommodating putting fresh pineapple on our pizza and definitely cared about our experience. Breakfast with a view was superb.

We spent 1 night here on our tour of Sri Lanka. We arrived as it got dark and left before we could see the views. Check in was ok. This place is not suitable with someone that has mobility issues because there are a lot of stairs and there are no lift. The staff was lovely and attentive. I had to change my room due to the stairs issue, that was ok but could have been better. The dinner we had was nice and tasty.
