Sarovar Portico Badrinath

I had booked triple occupancy deluxe double bedroom for my family from 17-18 May 2024. I paid 50% advance in April 2024 Upon arrival at Sarovar Badrinath, I was given a Twin Bedroom which was questioned by my family. After some time a deluxe double room was given with Queen Size Bed. No toiletries were given No towel for 3rd guest was given No 3rd drinking water bottle was given Upon repeat request, 1 set of toiletries was given. Dinner was horrible and the restaurant ***ager deleted 1 dish from bill. Repeat requests were made late night 10 pm to arrange extra bed that was already pre-booked I had medicines to be stored in refrigerator, which was not available in room. Hotel staff offered to store my Ice Packs in deep freezer late night. In the morning these ice packs were found completely melted and not suitable to be used in Ice Box. We travelled back from Sarovar Badrinath to Noida by own car from 8.30am to 11.30 pm for almost 14 hours without ice packs in our ice box for storing medicines Over all a bad experience

Sarovar portico has a good name in the hospitality industry. We were traveling to Badrinath and happened to look for a stay at Sarovar Portico at Badrinath at night. The front office service personnel Rakesh Pandey, received me well and patiently answered my questions around the room offerings and the Badrinath temple visit details as well; The service from the room boy at night as well deserves a kudos who transferred our luggages from our car to the room without even a word; Very often. We tend to miss the nice people around us in the fast lane of our lives, however, this time around, wanted to express my gratitude, kudos to these professionals and the Team; Thank you Somesh and Team! I look forward to visiting you folks! ☺️

The hotel is located in one of the most sacred place in the all world! The place is wonderful, rooms are great and luxurious. The staff is very kind and supportive for an uplifting staying and the are open to help you to fully enjoy your time here✨ I definitely recommend this place, this was my 3th years here and I’ll definitely coming back!

A bad hotel never visit here the rooms are very dirty the washrooms are not good staff is not friendly and kind the food is not tasty room service is slow they charge the rooms very expensive don’t visit here the water is very cold no warm water the showers are not working

Close to the temple, good views, good foyer. Good service from staff. We were given an odd shaped room four of us, the bathroom was flooded and the bed was hard. Expensive for the level of accomodation.

The hotel is located at very inconvenient place having car parking facility. The rooms are very spacious, neat & clean. The food quality is very good. The help & curtsey provided by shri Somesh with a smiling face was timely & superb. We had good darshan of Badrinath bhagwan. Overall we enjoyed our short stay there.

Nice large rooms. Bed warmer is a bonus. Staff are helpful. Food is average. Though it is an old property it was a welcome stay in Badrinath. The bathrooms are clean enough. The rooms have kettles which is helpful.

Blessing in Paradise Dear Team , Right from our arrival till our departure, everything was taken care of in an excellent way . The check in and check-out was a smooth experience. The room was spacious and had all modernfacilities . Food had a good variety of spread and was delicious. Mr Uttam and Jaideep definitely made sure every guest and we ,ate well and attended to everyone's needs in no time . Great ambiance and excellent and fabulous hospitality. Amazing team who are super quick in helping every guest with their needs and making sure they have a memorable stay in Badrinath. A huge thank you to Mr Somesh and Ashish who helped me with my booking and can't thank them enough for helping me with an amazing Darshan experience at Badrinath where in I could do the Abhishek and attend early morning Aarti , what a divine feeling it was to be inside the temple ,all thanks to Mr Somesh who in no time made arrangements for the vip pass and made sure my mother had a blessed Darshan. A huge applause to Mr Virender from Housekeeping who had done an excellent job in keeping our room hygienic and made sure our stay was comfortable. Everything starts and ends with smiles and happiness as you leave this hotel . I highly recommend this hotel in Badrinath for having a fabulous experience .
