這次去野三關森林花海最驚艷的就是這酒店了，房間寬敞，衞生乾淨，全景玻璃，空氣清新又寧靜，5星級酒店的感覺，和朋友一起入選家庭套房，選對了。

人生中第一次差評，超級差評，四五百塊錢的酒店，進去能把人凍死，沒空調，衹有地暖，入駐三小時都不敢脱衣服洗澡，地暖沒一夜根本熱不起來，正常人沒個好身體都扛不住，早餐跟豬食一樣，我都懷疑是不是給人吃的，衞生間熱風直接是壞的，熱水也不怎麼熱…太多要吐槽，最無語驚呆的酒店，如果有選擇還不如一百多塊錢的賓館。

酒店在山上，寬敞整潔舒適，夏天涼快，房間沒有空調，中午大太陽時稍熱一點。房間被子要再薄一點就好了，早餐一般。就是交通不太方便，野三關火車站上山的班車太少了，打車50元左右。

酒店環境還可以，房間配置還不錯。我必須要批評一下早餐，我可以很負責任的説，這是我40年以來所住的酒店裡早餐最差的一家，具體體現在：
1，服務差，工作人員沒有工作服，下欄車直接放在客人用餐區，問工作人員早餐內容，一問三不知，差！
2，菜品少，一個自稱四星級標準的酒店，早餐連喝的都沒有，炒飯，一個紅薯，一個白粥，兩個鹹菜，白水煮蛋，幾個陳年的玉米，一個火腿腸，一個饅頭，沒了，差差差！極致差！
3，菜品原材料差！玉米是陳年的玉米，這個不多説了，看圖吧
4，餐具差！見圖吧！
5，就餐環境差！
總而言之，差！差！差！這個價格，這樣的早餐，這樣的服務，簡直差的要命！
這是我作為一個20年老用户的鑽石會員頭一次如此憤慨的評價一個酒店！

環境衞生服務均可，離花海景區僅五公里，周邊生活娛樂方便，充滿自在人間煙火氣，設施方面唯一不足的是沒有空調和紗窗，因為地處山區，潮濕，蚊蟲多，另外早餐供應時間延長一點，供應品種再豐富一點就更好了，價格可以上調些也是可理解的

酒店房間無空調，中午太陽正當頭的時候還是有點熱，房間配的電扇噪音大，低檔風也很大，沒有睡眠風。早餐品種少，客人太多，位置不夠還要搶，就餐環境一般。
