房間整潔舒適、在商圈中心很多好吃的特方便。服務貼心細緻、因野馬推遲起跑我們一眾跑友下午3:00多才退房、沒有加收任何費用、前台還貼心提醒我們洗完澡再退房、很感動；感謝硒都大酒店🏨，下次來還住這裏。

體驗感很好，前台很熱情，服務很貼心衞生很乾凈。美中不足純凈水外面2塊，酒店翻倍4元一瓶，不太好。其實一般用量不會太大，特殊需要就按外面零售價給，也不會太麻煩。相反會提升很好的體驗。謝謝

酒店處於野三關繁華地段，很方便。我們是參加野三關馬拉松的，由於當天早上大雨，馬拉松推遲2.5小時，酒店非常好也容許我們跑完馬拉松後差不多下午3點才退房，明年參加野馬，擬再次入住。

一開始房間煙味很大 換了一間好一點，但是還是有點隱隱的臭味，可能是地毯太舊了吧。前台服務很好，及時協調換房，地理位置很好，周邊吃飯交通都很方便。

太差了，臟亂差難以形容，氣味刺鼻，設施老舊，床單被套潮濕不乾淨，座椅沙發上全是灰塵，不明白怎麼會有這麼多刷出來的好評！簡直差到無法
