We went for four days and had no hot water pressure in the shower for the first two days. We reported the incident on the first day, and the problem wasn't fixed until the third. They also left the sink covered in mud, with our toiletries in it. We complained to the hotel manager, and he treated us terribly. All he did was invite us to breakfast. When we told him we wanted to file a formal complaint, he stopped understanding Spanish and left us speechless. What could have been a phenomenal vacation turned out to be anything but. Add to that the fact that the apartments aren't great either, and the only thing worthwhile are the sunsets.
