We booked a 2 night arrangement. When we got to the hotel we asked for an upgrade to the studio Goldblau as they are a good size. We were told they had none available. The guys at the reception desk then told us, there were rooms but due to lack of staff, the rooms were not cleaned. We ended up in a terrible dated room, with mould on bathroom wall, shower curtain was like a net curtain with rings missing , the carpet was filthy. On top of all that the people in the room next door were very noisy. I went downstairs to complain and we were given another room, even worse than the first one. We checked out next day as there was no way we wanted to stay another night. Overall: very dated and dirty hotel, carpets throughout filty, food is care home standard, waiter in restaurant was wearing Adidas jogging trousers. Night porter useless. Sauna area also dated. The only plus was breakfast and leaving this horrible hotel.

Leider hat das 4 Sterne Hotel plus unsere Erwartungen überhaupt nicht erfüllt. Das Hotel ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Alte eklige Teppiche überall und in den Toiletten und Duschen hatte es Kalkflecken . Das Zimmer war jedoch sauber. Auch die Beleuchtungen waren teilweise defekt. Das Frühstücksbuffet war gut, wenn man dann nicht gerade neben der Orangenpresse sitzen musste... Personal jedoch war freundlich. Im Wellnessbereich hätten wir auch Früchte und Getränke erwartet. Schade....

Wir lieben das Hotel. Man kann dort sehr gut relaxen oder sich mit dem Unterhaltungsangebot die Zeit bereichern. Wir sind schon jahrelang Kunde im Fini-Resort. Das Hotel ist sehr sauber gehalten. Das Essen ist reichhaltig und gut. Die Wellness-Oase mit Hallenbad befriedigt jedes Bedürfnis.

Top Hotel , freundliches Personal , super Küche mit hochqualitavien Zutaten aus der Region. Der Wellnessbereich mit großem Schwimmbad bietet alles was man benötigt. Ein Hotel mitten im Breisgau , die Umgebung bietet sehr viele Ausflugsmöglichkeiten.

Mit braunen Flecken übersäte Matratz, Rauchbelästigung tagsüber und nachts. Es handelt sich entgegen der Angaben des Besitzer NICHT um ein Nichtraucherhotel. Tiefkühlkost wird täglich angeliefert. KEIN Saisongemüse, Spargel/Erdbeeren sind zu teuer! Essen von schlechter Qualität. Ganzer Wellnessbereich ist marode, Düsen funktionieren nicht und der Fitnessraum ist mit einem Tischtennistisch und einer Sprossenwand ausgerüstet. Reklamationen werden unfreundlich beantwortet.

Das Hotel hat eine gute Lage und Parkplätze sind vorhanden. Das Personal ist freundlich. Die Zimmer bekommen von mir höchstens 3 Sterne, wegen der Badewanne mit Duschvorhang und Dusche mit sehr hohem Einstieg. Das Frühstücksbüffet und die Wellnesswelt dafür sind ganz klar 5 Sterne. Es gibt u.a. täglich Sekt, Lachs und frisch zubereitete Omeletten. Das Innenbad ist gross und der Saunabereich fantastisch für ein Hotel.

Keinen Cent ist das Hotel wert . Der Wellnessbereich ist eine Kathastrophe im Aussenbereich laufen Bauarbeiter einfach mal so durch und es ist alles in die Jahre gekommen . Die Zimmer sind zwar sauber aber auch renovierungsbedürftig . Wir kommen nicht mehr hier her .
