I have traveled in 50 countries on 5 continents, but the experience in Ritter Hotel was the worst in my life. I have booked a double bed and the hotel had just twin beds. Because I asked for a double bed, they started to become extremely aggressive. The asked me "Have you ever been in a hotel before?" Finally, because I didn't wanted to totally destroy the Valentine's weekend I accepted to take the room that they have. The manager told me "If you don't like the room that we have you should go". So I had to beg for half an hour the manager, Mrs. Ganter to they give me a room, while the room was already paid.

I spent a weekend alone here to get away from the day-to-day and rest. Lovely place with a really nice spa area. The Saunas were lovely and overall the place was orderly and neat. The friendliest people work here and anytime I needed anything or assistance with anything, they went above and beyond. The restaurant was absolutely delightful and the food was very good. The employees seem to really enjoy working here as one could feel a warm and welcoming atmosphere among them. I had a lovely time and it’s definitely on my list of places to go again should I have a chance.

Also wenn man die Internetseite liest erwartet man ein Gourmettempel. Das Büffet war besseres Kantinenessen, wo nach jedem portionierten Löffel Beilage gefragt wird, ob das reiche. Die Bratensauce Maggilastig und komplett öde, langweiliges Salatbüffet, das Gemüse war in Ordnung aber ich unterstelle TK Ware. Genormte Größe brocoli, Blumenkohl, Erbsen, Karotten, Erbsen, Kohlrabi….das komplette Programm der Kühltruhe also, die Desserts enttäuschend eher Pudding als Mousse. Das Frühstück war convenience at it’s best. Kein Charakter. Brot, Ei, Käse, Wurst, Müsli, Leberwurst, Sekt. Der Klassiker in jeder drei Sterne Bude. Das Hotel umgibt den Hauch einer gehobenen Seniorenresidenz. Die Dusche verkalkt, der Balkon winzig (Superior Zimmer), kein Duschgel im Bad. Da keine Bar existiert fragte ich nach minibar, das mit den Worten „die bleibt leer, sonst sagen die Leute wieder sie hätten nichts gehabt“! Gehen Sie doch in den Netto Beantwortet. Also jeder Schluck Wasser muss im Restaurant gekauft werden. Mehr als drei Sterne auf keinen Fall und das auch nur wegen der schönen Terrasse. Das Personal ist nett aber anerzogen nett, nicht herzlich. Nicht ausreichend Kundenorientiert. Es scheint ein strenges Regiment im Personal zu herrschen! Ich habe mich nicht wohl gefühlt und komme ganz sicher nicht wieder. Das SPA habe ich gar nicht erst besucht….

Rustig gelegen hotel in het bosrijke kuuroord Badenweiler. Colmar en Bazel zijn van hieruit gemakkelijk te bereiken steden die een uitstap waard zijn. Groene omgeving ideaal om prachtige boswandelingen te maken. Wij verbleven in een ruime kamer met prachtig uitzicht op de tuin, de burchtruïne en de Vogezen. De keuken was zeer voortreffelijk met een uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet en (bij half pension) afwisselend een schitterend 5-gangen menu of een zeer gevarieerd buffet. Het personeel wat zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Er is ook een goed onderhouden binnenzwembad en een jacuzzi. In de aanpalende ligweide zijn er voldoende ligbedden en parasols. Er is een ruime parking. In het ganse domein is er een goede, gratis WIFI-verbinding. Het hotel beschikt spijtig genoeg niet over airconditioning, zodat bij warm weer de kamer warm kan worden. Het hotel voorziet hiervoor een ventilator op de kamer.

Wir waren über Ostern vier Nächte im Ritter Das Zimmer war sauber; die Betten angenehm; die Dusche fanden wir etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig - aber es hat ja eine Dusche im Bad. Das Frühstückbuffet lies keine Wünsche offen - Das Nachtessen war ausgezeichnet ebenso der Wein bompablo

Wir waren auch Hund willkommen und das Zimmer im Erdgeschoss war perfekt. Sehr gepflegt und sauber. Schönes Restaurant mit toller Terrasse. Aussicht auf Burg und ruhige Lage. Das Essen war sehr gut, schön präsentiert und Varianten reich. Der Service aufmerksam und stets bemüht. Wir haben den Spätsommer genossen.

Nous avons passé 4 nuits dans cet hôtel familial à la veille de la période de Noël. Très bon accueil, sourire, et personnel au petit soin de la clientèle malgré la barrière de la langue (c'est soit allemand, soit anglais - clientèle suisse très majoritaire). Chambre très spacieuse. Lit de 2x90 avec un matelas assez ferme. Grande salle de bain avec bain et douche. La douche est par contre fort petite. Très belle infrastructure balnéo avec piscine, transats, bain à remous, sauna, etc... Grand parking. Les repas sont soignés avec buffet un jour sur deux. Petit-déjeuner chaud-froid sucré-salé avec tout ce qu'il faut. Salle de resto agréable. Il y a de chouettes balades à faire dans le village et aux alentours. Pour l'hôtel : Chambre : 9/10 - SDB 8/10 - Lit 8/10 - Propreté 9/10 - Insonorisation 8/10 PDJ : 9/10 Dîner : 8/10 Accueil : 9/10 Avec un grand plaisir que nous y retournerons.

Chambre catégories standard : La Chambre est confortable , le décor est moderne , petit balcon , Sdb / douche . A ne pas louper la terrasse de l’hôtel qui est superbe , décor fleuri , avec une vue magnifique à 180 ° . La piscine / spa est vraiment sympathique. Le personnel est vraiment très accueillant malgré les petits soucis de langue Bon rapport qualité prix. Nous y reviendrons
