We had a hard time getting to the hotel by car due to the Christmas market in Baden-Baden. in the end we parked 500m from the hotel. Maybe a note upon confirmation of the reservation on how to get to the hotel would have been good. We would've saved ourselves a lot of time and nerves. Our Sat-Nav just wasn't too good at spotting a better way to get there. Our room was in a separate building. Top floor narrow windy staircase - no lift. That could've been also mentioned in the confirmation of the reservation (travel light/not main building). The hotel parking charges per night. There's an afternoon tea which is part of the package (a small cake per guest with tea/coffee). The location is perfect. Quiet yet central. The room was large and clean, even has a jacuzzi which we didn't use as we soaked in the thermals for hours instead. not sure whether a jacuzzi makes much sense at all in Baden-Baden. it's a very nice touch but you could easily do without. The toilet had an issue with the flushing. The breakfast was perfectly fine with quite a few choices. But it was a bit weird that we were shown to a separate room to have breakfast all by ourselves while the rest of the people were in the room where the buffet was. The reception staff was really friendly, forthcoming and professional. All in all I would recommend this place and now that we know to to get there I would definitely come again.

Perfect location. Abit further from the airport and cost about €100 to call the taxi..the breakfast was superb and plenty of choice ..definitely will come back again

We have chosen this hotel based on very good views and comments from other guests and off course the location of it . The hotel is located at the heart of Baden-Baden, walking distance to the park , different restaurants, cafe's and shopping area. We selected comfort room with double bed ( means two beds pushed together) whichwas spacious . Luckily, our room was with view to the park and square area. Thank you to the receptionist lady ( we do not remember her name ) . The room unfortunately does have a lock from inside or Door Security Chain Lock which feels un-secured . The iron and iron table is not available in the room but only on request. The breakfast was nice but was not with many varieties of food . The staff were friendly . The breakfast costs € 28 per person. There is a parking space available in the hotel which costs € 25 per day .

Nice clean room, with private bathroom, balcony with views over the valley, fine boxing beds, sad that there was no air-conditioning, was very warm when we were there. A small refrigerator would be handy, since the hotel has no bar or drink refrigerator in the hall. Breakfast was simple but good. Reception is only limited staff, but there is no obstacle to this. Italian restaurant below is good. The terrace and the furniture of the restaurant can be used with a refreshing machine. All with a nice stay. Guest is friendly but reserved.

We had a fantastic 3 night stay at this hotel. On arrival we had a warm welcome which made us feel relaxed. The room had an amazing view overlooking the vineyards and we were able to enjoy the sunsets from our balcony.. The children loved the swing and the owners friendly dog. The breakfast was good and had a very large selection of different juices as well as food options. The staff were friendly and on the last night and morning the children were spoilt with the owner allowing them to help in geese pen and telling them where some currants were, which they enjoyed. If you book, you will not be disappointed. We can't wait to return

Cet hôtel se trouve à moins de 30 minutes de Baden Baden au pied du parc du château. L’environnement est très calme. Dommage que la climatisation soit si bruyante. La décoration est relativement récente. Il y a un parking sous l’hôtel avec un tarif exorbitant de 17 euros par jour alors qu’il y a des places de parking devant. Donc bien mais des points à améliorer.

Had a 6.00am flight out of Karlsruhe/Baden-Baden airport at the end of our short break, so this hotel was brilliant. It is literally across the street. The 285 hourly bus from Baden Baden takes you to the doorstep. Quick registration and we were up in our room. Clean and spacious - no frills; it is just to stay one night before or after your early/late flight. One complaint.... the mattress was as hard as nails. Considering you only pay for hotels like these to sleep the night, it is always a mystery to me why hotels don't invest in a proper high quality mattress.

GGuest UserBack from a 3 night stay at the Brenners. As always everything is perfect and the winter atmosphere is hard to beat. Pre stay inquiries are efficiently dealt with. We were upgraded to a beautiful junior suite with nice welcome amenities. Etro toiletries are correct but I missed the Brenners branded toiletries and their scent. Breakfast buffet is among the best I’ve experienced. We also had cocktail and dinner at Fritz & Felix which we love. Gym, pool and sauna are amazing. All the staff we interacted with was professional as usual and charming. Special thanks to concierge Merlin who helped us with our flight and limo transfer issues and tried its best to offer the best possible solution. I have heard there is a renovation soon of the main building. I really hope it maintains its aesthetic and character!

GGuest UserOriginally I sought a hotel in Baden Baden, as I was visiting Gaggenau. However weekend hotel stays there were booked many weeks in advance. Casting a wider net, I located hotels in Neuweier. This turned out to be more my style, as it is quieter and more sedate. There are very nice walking trails above the town. The breakfast buffet was superb. The host family must not be from Germany as we both worked a bit in German to converse. I found them to be friendly and helpful. I believe I have found a new place to stay, and would gladly return again. I had one of the best third floor rooms overlooking the main road, with a balcony.

Excellent location. Clean and renovated. Fridge, tea and coffee available in the room. Only one peg: the daily cleaning (if more than one night) consists only of folding the northern edge above the bed (without even stretching the lower shaft) and emptying the paperboard. We took a tea before we went out and when we returned there followed the dirty cup and the bag used...

GGuest UserCharmantes Boutiquehotel mit besonders herzlichem Team. Viele der Zimmer im Hotel bzw. Gästehaus nebenan sind renoviert und haben besonders schöne Bäder. Die Einrichtung ist zeitlos modern. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das sehr gute Frühstück mit frischen sehr guten Produkten. Manchmal gibt es auch noch Extras aus dem Restaurant die einem Lust auf einen Besuch am Abend machen - sehr empfehlenswert!! Ganz entscheidend aber ist das wirklich tolle Team das sich so persönlich um einen bemüht. Man fühlt sich wirklich sehr wohl!

Very friendly staff. There was some confusion about the spa tax, but this was the booking agent’s fault. The hotel management explained this in detail and was perfectly resolved, which I really appreciate. Rated 4/5 due to great price versus value.
