"We stayed there for 3 nights and felt very comfortable. It has everything you need and it was clean. There are cafes right around the corner where you can get great coffee and breakfast. The metro is not far away and you can be in the center of Barcelona (Playa Catelunya) in about 20 minutes. We would be happy to come back."

"A deception on : Unavailability of a boiler / tea and coffee in the room / cotton buds, and a toilet brush. Otherwise a calm hotel, right next to a big mall ideal for shopping, strolling. Friendly and welcoming front office staff. Thank you."

"Great hotel option for a Barcelona city stay. We really liked this hotel at the edge of Barcelona city. This hotel is still within zone 1 of Barcelona so you can use a 1 zone public transport to get to and from almost anywhere in Barcelona. The location is pretty good but it is a bit close to the La Mina neighborhood which is a poorer neighborhood of Barcelona. There have been improvements in the neighborhood but it is still recommended to stick to the areas that are near the hotel or the south and west of the hotel (towards the sea) if you plan to stay out late at night. We found the area very convenient for us as we arrived early morning and the Forum metro station is nice and the area immediately near the hotel has reasonable level of security and local police presence. The hotel reception and team was very cordial and serviceable. The room we got was very good, had a nice balcony and it overlooks the nearby student accommodation so it was silent at night. Breakfast was very tasty and had enough of a food variety + delicious breads and iberico ham."

"We stayed for 4 nights to attend the Spanish Grand Prix and could not have been more impressed. The hotel was super clean and modern, the check in process was fast and all hotel staff were friendly and polite. Our room was very spacious, and the fridge was really handy as we were taking packed lunches to the F1 each day. There was also a microwave & kettle. The bathroom/shower was spacious and clean, and the bed was really comfortable. It was a little noisy (from outside the hotel) but it was 24th June celebrations so I think any hotel would have had some noise given all the crackers/fireworks going off! The room was cleaned to a high standard each day, and the location of the hotel (right in front of the Forum T4 tram stop) made it really easy to get to the bus station to catch the bus to the circuit de Catalunya, as well as to get into the city on the other days. It is also a couple minutes walk from Diagonal Mar mall, which was useful for grabbing food. Would definitely recommend staying here!"

"Overall this is great hotel, very clean room but a little warn out, with an excellent view, and I slept like a rock on a comfy bed with good pillows. Great location if you planned on going to the beach and relax. Only 12min ride up the subway to downtown. Given the hotel is undergoing a renovation a review is necessary to fix essential problems for this hotel. 1. The wifi is exceptionally slow (3mbit speed cap) and occasionally drops out. Most other hotels provide 100-300mbit no issues in Spain with no dropouts. This is particularly an issue since high up I had very poor reception on Movistar. It is not difficult for the hotel to have a 2000mbit fibre service from Telefonica and divide it up between the floors. This seems like someone configured this 15years ago and forgot about this WiFi. 2. The bathroom mirror lighting design is poor. No one that designed this bathroom asked a women. The lights need to need to be in-front of you not above (makes you look like a ghost) and need to be diffused light not direct LED. 3. For a 4 star hotel the plastic shower tub is a bit odd. I would expect tiles. 4. Room service did not replenish toilet paper or leave spares on the shelf."

"Double book, Ctrip reality can not be refunded. The front desk of the hotel said that it is possible to refund, but they can't refund, they need the platform to refund, let me contact the platform. I contacted Ctrip, told the hotel's suggestion, and refunded the room fee for 4 nights. This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel, and I also stayed here for summer vacation last year. The hotel is clean, the breakfast is rich and the service is good. The swimming pool is on the 13th floor with a nice view."
