My card did not work eveyday and have to get replaced every time I came back to the hotel. Other than that, it was ok at least it’s cleaner then most of the hotel

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a fantastic hotel that exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making me feel right at home. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, allowing me to settle into my room without any hassle.
The room itself was spacious, beautifully decorated, and impeccably clean. I particularly appreciated the comfortable bed and high-quality linens, which made for a restful night’s sleep. The amenities provided were top-notch; I enjoyed the complimentary toiletries and the well-stocked mini-bar.

I don’t like the hotel that much. I had to reach my room by stairs. The elevator only goes up to 2nd floor.
it’s also a little far from the city center.

I liked my room, it was clean, utilitarian but functional, and quiet. I also liked that it was close to the metro. What was hard was there weren’t any restaurants close to the hotel except for papa John’s and I don’t care much for pizza. Even the hotel didn’t have a restaurant but a bar. Otherwise, I have no complaints.

Breakfast included was very disappointing as they only allow to choose 3 items per person. I have not seen the cleaning service for my room. Overall it was good stay.

Outside of city centre but close to the metro station, very clean and comfy room to spend a good night in Madrid.
