He led us to our table and gave us a brief introduction to the special dishes that were available that evening. Mr. Block not only showed extensive knowledge of the food, but also a passion for his work that speaks for itself. Ms. Kosimova complemented the team with her charming manner and professionalism. She was always open to our wishes and was always ready to make recommendations. Her detailed knowledge of the wine selection and her ability to recommend the perfect accompanying drinks to the food were impressive. Her friendly manner and her always polite behavior rounded off the overall package and ensured that we always felt in good hands. The meal itself was a delight: from starters to dessert, every component was perfectly prepared and lovingly presented. Mr. Block and Ms. Kosimova were always on hand to ensure we had everything we needed without ever being intrusive. It was a remarkable balance between attentiveness and discretion that made the evening so enjoyable. At a time when poor service in the catering industry is often complained about, it is refreshing to see how Mr. Block and Ms. Kosimova are a positive exception with their dedication and professionalism. Their commitment to the guest and their desire to make every moment unforgettable are a sign of the high quality of service that characterizes the Steigenberger. Overall, I can only say that my evening at the Steigenberger was a special experience thanks to the excellent work of Mr. Block and Ms. Kosimova. The hotel is close to the curtain park. The hotel is tastefully furnished and it was all clean and ordened in all areas. The room was spacious and very beautifully furnished. The mattresses were super, you could sleep very well. The bath was not just small, you had room and the shower was great. The balcony was also very beautiful. The wellness area is also very beautiful. There is a hall bath, we used it, that was very beautiful. Then there are sauna, etc. various wellness offers such as massage, etc, we have never used this, however. The breakfast buffet is diverse and for everyone there is something. Whoever doesn't find anything here, he is guilty of himself. The dinner was dreamy. Qualitative, how tastefully very good. We had HP and once a 4-gang menu and once a 5-gang menu.
