Das Hotel bietet eine solide Ausstattung und die Zimmer sind angenehm geräumig. Bei meiner Ankunft war jedoch kein freier Parkplatz verfügbar, sodass ich in mehreren Straßen nach einem Stellplatz suchen musste – das war leider etwas mühsam. Das Frühstück entspricht dem typischen deutschen Standard mit einer ganz guten Auswahl.

Durchwachsener Aufenthalt – Zimmer top, Empfang enttäuschend
Das Zimmer war groß, sauber und sehr geräumig – wir haben uns dort wohlgefühlt. Auch das Frühstück war gut und reichhaltig.
Leider war der Check-in ein unangenehmes Erlebnis. Die Dame am Empfang war sehr reserviert und wirkte wenig motiviert. Es gab weder eine Begrüßung noch eine Verabschiedung. Wir waren einer der letzten Gäste und sind etwa vier Minuten nach dem offiziellen Check-in-Schluss angekommen – allerdings hatten wir bei der Buchung bereits angegeben, dass wir etwas später eintreffen würden. Trotzdem wurden wir recht unfreundlich darauf hingewiesen, dass wir zu spät seien.
Ein etwas höflicherer und verständnisvollerer Umgang hätte den Aufenthalt deutlich angenehmer gemacht.

Rude reception staff
The worst reception ever. The hotel straff lady was unpolite at first - going on to plain rude. I had trouble understanding her german and that made her really irritable. If I hadn’t paid up front I would have left. And the very rude reception took the joy out of the stay - I will certainly never return again

the ******* reservation system was terrible. only after making the reservation it showed that the check in would close at 9 pm. i had plans to arrive after 9. needless to say the non-refundable reservation fee is a huge problem for me ******* sucks for that reason

Hairs in the bed
Actually everything ok - but there were several hairs in the bed and the only solution of the hotel was to provide a towel to get rid of the hairs
