Very friendly and family-run hotel. Our room (upper floor) with balcony and great view. The bathroom was very small. The breakfast and food was ok. Parking needs to be better signposted. The very friendly service was outstanding, here the trainee (Rustam) in the service area deserves special mention with his attentiveness and competence, his very courteous manner and friendliness. Keep it up!

Franz Hoß, Karlsruhe Am 1.9.2024 sind meine Frau und ich zu einem 3-tägigen Urlaub im Rothfuß-Hotel eingetroffen. - Gleich am Anreisetag bin ich in das Innenschwimmbad gegangen. Dieser Besuch im Schwimmbad endete leider mit einem schweren Unfall, da ich beim Verlassen des Innenbades ausgerutscht und gestürzt bin. - Der Sturz war so schwerwiegend, dass ich mich nicht mehr alleine aufrichten konnte und der Sanitätsdienst es Roten Kreuzes bestellt werden musste, um mich auf einer Bahre auf die Straße zu bringen und in einen Sani-Wagen einzuladen, der mich ins Krankenhaus fuhr. Es stellte sich heraus, dass der rechte Oberschenkel gebrochen war. Eine Operation war unvermeidbar. Danach hatte ich mehr oder weniger für 6 Wochen Hausarrest, da das rechte Bein nur geringfügig belastet werden durfte. Dieser Unfall hätte leicht vermieden werden können, wenn beim Austritt aus dem Wasserbecken ein Geländer vorhanden gewesen wäre, an dem man sich halten konnte. Außerdem wäre es nötig gewesen, den Boden um den Pool herum mit rutschfesten Matten auszulegen. - Die Rutschgefahr war dem Hotelmanagement bekannt. Denn es waren zwei gut sichtbare Schilder aufgestellt: Vorsicht Rutschgefahr! Auf eine Anteilnahme des Hotelmanagement an meinem Sturz habe ich vergeblich gewartet.

Die Begrüßung vom Hotelchef am Anreisetag war alles andere als höflich. Wir sind etwas früher angekommen als vorgesehen und bekamen von diesem Hotelchef die entsprechende Antwort. Unmöglich. Das Abendessen war akzeptabel, aber für ein 4 **** Hotel erwartet man einfch mehr.Jeden Abend die gleichen vier Sorten Salat. Frühstück war ok bis auf die Brötchen,die waren nie frisch. Das Servicepersonal war freundlich,das sollte sich der Chef ein Beispiel nehmen. Aber wegen der Unfreundlichkeit kann ich das Hotel nicht weiter empfehlen.

Alles sehr gut, Zimmer sauber und gemütlich. Die Matratze war leider für unseren Geschmack etwas zu weich. Wellness-Bereich und Pool sehr sauber und wirklich angenehm. Auch die Massage war auf jeden Fall das Geld wert und sehr zu empfehlen. Schöne Aussicht vom Balkon. Leider kann man das Zimmer nicht wirklich abdunkeln, im Sommer wird es schon sehr früh hell im Zimmer. Frühstück und Abendessen waren ausgezeichnet, keinerlei Beanstandung. Insgesamt ist das Hotel jederzeit empfehlenswert.

très bonnes prestations avec un accueil familial chaleureux et convivial. Le personnel est très dévoué et les suites sont spacieuses et très propres. Prévoir des coffres fort dans toutes les chambres. Clim en été ? ou prévoir des volets Rare : 2 piscines chauffées (intérieure et extérieure), le spa est tout neuf et très pratique et fonctionnel. Repas (demi pension) très bon et petit déjeuner très copieux. Recommandons vivement et la ville est très agréable (thermes)

Bel hôtel avec de belles installations pour se détendre. Inconvénient c'est à poil. Petit déj copieux. Centre accessible rapidement à pied, des sentiers et tram également. Il manque de place de parking c'est le seul Hic. Sinon payant à quelques mètres
