5/5 overall, especially consierding value for money. Very attentive staff, very friendly without being overbearing, and pro-active. Very nice food, could be a touch wider selection of salads - but in fairness very few people stay for weeks in this sort of hotel, so a very niggly point. Would happily return and recommend without hestitation. Details: Note however, that the spa pools and areas are pretty small, the website images convey quite a bit bigger space ;) so when busy it can get a bit too crowded for my liking. The Panorama Lounge (extra pricing) is waaaaay too hot, no air ventilation or AC, windows don't open and would not air out much anyhow, and the (very comfy!!!!) beds are close together - so, again, if looking for the advertised quiet time and "cuddling time" this does not deliver. The offered water, few teabags (but no milk/lemon for black teas and no coffees) and some fruit (which one can get from several places in the hotel anyhow, for free) were the only let-down for the price. However, when we mentioned this was acknowledged without fuss and taken off the bill - further credit to the outstanding customer service throughout. Very fair! Rooms are clean, little by way of furtinure (easier for cleaning?), nice balconies, and unless you have chain smokers below you nice fresh air.... I had one massage which was brilliant! Clean nice room, not fussy, treatment bang on time, friendly and very capable massage therapist. Cannot comment on the nude area (sauna etc) but it is open til late - as all pools are, which is an excellent idea - and seemend popular. Finally, if you are a light sleeper and overlook the very cute pond area near the earth sauna and nude whirlpool, you will be remembered that frogs/toads make significantly more noise than their small size lets on.... :) The hotel area is spotlessly clean, lots of bar areas to unwind. Perfect for a mid-week, of you can (fewer people) break away from it. Hope to return soon!
