I really would have wanted to give this hotel a 5* review cause all in all location, service levels, facilities, food and drinks were all top notch. But.. in our amazing and big room there was a glass window in between the equally amazing and big bathroom and the bedroom. This window does unfortunatly not come with much of insulation in regards to sound, and if someone turns on the light in the middle of the night the bedroom lights up like a Christmas tree. Even so, would I return to this hotel? Yes, of course I would. Everything else is top notch, so why wouldn't I/we? Cause this really is the only thing standing in between a 4 and 5 star review, and would probably gone un noticed on a single's trip. It is also easily fixed by the management 🙃

La camera, doppia uso singolo, era abbastanza spaziosa, pulita e con un letto comodo. Mancava un punto luce centrale, solo una piantana, due abat-jours e una lampada sulla scrivania. Per lavorare bastava ma per leggere seduti comodamente sul divano era poca. Il bagno è di fine anni novanta, a giudicare dalle piastrelle. Anch'esso pulito ma con tracce di muffa nella doccia. Ho cenato al ristorante ma non sono rimasto molto soddisfatto. La trota era annegata nella salsa e la birra alla spina dimenticabile (Heidelberger, sia Weizen che Pils). Anche la colazione non era granché, scelta discreta ma qualità (dello yogurt, del the e della marmellata) così così. Prezzo nella media della categoria

Das Hotel ist ok. Wegen einer Hochzeit waren normale Gäste wohl nur Beiwerk! Kein Service! Das müsste organisatorisch machbar sein. Ich hätte erwartet, dass man mir bei der Buchung eine Info gegeben hätte. Ganz schlecht!. Ich kam mir sehr verloren vor. Die Zimmer sind ok. Gute Parkmöglichkeiten und nette Gasträume und schöne Terrasse.

Das Hotel ist sehr ruhig gelegen und doch zentral, um im Rhein- Neckar- Raum viel entdecken und erleben zu können. Der Service war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer schön große und einwandfrei. Es gibt ein Kopfkissen- Service, der online auf der homepage des Hotels bestellt werden kann. Super fand ich auch, dass man beim Einchecken gefragt wurde, ob man auf die Zimmerreinigung (bei 2 und mehr Nächten) verzichten möchte. Dafür wird an eine Organisation, die sich um nachhaltige Projekte kümmert, gespendet.

Sehr schönes Hotel, wir waren im Juli zum ersten Mal für eine Übernachtung hier. Als wir ankamen wurden wir sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend begrüßt am Empfang. Unser Zimmer war zu Straße gerichtet mit einem kleinen Balkon und einer schönen Aussicht auf den Kurpark. Unser Zimmer war sehr geräumig, schönes großes Bad und alles sehr sauber. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr vielfältig und lecker. Wir hatten einen schönen Sitzplatz mit Blick auf den Innenhof.

Es wird Zeit für aktuelle Bewertungen nach Covid. Ich war 14 Tg.hier und es war sehr angenehm.Personal 5* Zimmer Spa 4* Freundlich und hilfsbereites Personal.Im Sommer die Zimmer zum Kurpark oder in den Garten sehr schön aber ohne Klima zu warm. Genügend Parkplätze am Haus kostenlos. Danke ans tolle Frühstückspersonal und Abendessen.Arbeit und toller Aufenthalt. Auf 2023

Meine Frau und ich besuchten für 2 Übernachtungen als Zwischenrast in den Urlaub das Hotel Medici. Das Hotel war sauber. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Ebenfalls nichts negatives zum Frühstücksbuffet. Als Tagungshotel sicher ein sehr gutes Hotel. Allerdings empfinde ich das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis für den "Durchreisenden" oder "Kurzurlauber" überdenkenswert. Dafür, daß das Hotel lediglich eine Sauna anbietet, empfinde ich den Preis für 2 Übernachtungen incl. viermal 20 € für das Frühstück von über 400 € als zu hoch. Preis-/Leistung unterdurchschnittlich.

Wir sind angereist als es gerade 38 Grad hatte.Man hatte uns ein Zimmer zugewiesen welches schattiger war und mit Klimagerät angenehm kühl. Wir haben uns aber für ein Balkonzimmer entschieden, mit Blick in den schönen Garten,welches wir beim Nachfragen bekommen haben.Da wir unter Tags nicht da waren, war es abends sehr schön noch draussen zu sitzen Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit und hat uns immer mit guten Ratschlägen weiter geholfen. Das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen.Ein Parkplatz ist direkt und seitlich beim Hotel. Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral,durch den Kurpark,welcher sehr schön geworden ist,ist man sehr schnell an der Therme
