Spent a few nights in this hotel. Staff not very friendly. Would love to have seen a smile. The hotel is modern, efficient and clean, the breakfast buffet elaborate. Those are the positives. Not enough parking space, a 'comfort' room with just a wide threshold and a gate (on the site they call this 'French') instead of a normal balcony/terrace ouside; and a shower in the bathtub are the negatives. The meals were sufficient but not special. The staff only greets you if you greet them first. All in all a disappointing experience.

Amazing hotel and amazing room! Everything was on highest quality and standard! Beautiful room with kettle (as a family with infants it was extremely important for us) and great coffee machine. Restaurant and breakfast was amazing and extra delicious. Absolutely amazed by this place- highly recommended.

An ensemble of half-timbered houses with an extension, connected by glass corridors. The room could only be reached via a staircase (logical in the medieval house under the roof), but the entire hotel's yard is very well maintained. The fitness area is a bit small and I also lacked toiletries in the room - but the restaurant and service were fantastic and made up for it.

Dieses Hotel ist wirklich eine absolute Empfehlung! Egal ob man auf Geschäftsreise ist oder sich als Paar eine Auszeit gönnen möchte – hier fühlt man sich rundum wohl. Das Personal ist außergewöhnlich freundlich und zuvorkommend, immer darauf bedacht, den Gästen jeden Wunsch zu erfüllen. Die Sauberkeit im gesamten Hotel ist beeindruckend – jedes Detail ist perfekt gepflegt. Ein Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel ist ein echtes Erlebnis, das keine Wünsche offenlässt. Ich komme definitiv wieder und empfehle es jedem, der eine perfekte Unterkunft sucht!

Der Schnitterhof bietet ein tolles Ambiente und viel Annehmlichkeiten. Hier trift Fachwerk und Historie auf Komfort und Wellness auf Business-Austattung und Genuss. Die Lage am Kurpark ist top und bietet tolle Ausblicke und einen schnellen Zugang, für einen Spaziergang in der Pause.

Rundrum eine gelungene Auszeit. Der Charme des Hotels: Fachwerk kombiniert mit modernen Elementen, tolle Farben und ein schöner Wellness-Bereich haben uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr ansprechend und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Das Abendessen serviert durch sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter als Menü sehr fein. Der Wellness-Bereich mit 3 Saunen und einem separaten Schwimmbad modern und auch hier tolle Farben, die zur Entspannung beitragen. Fahrrad-Garage mit Lademöglichkeit. Perfekt für ein Radel-WOE mit Charme. Wir waren das erste Mal da, aber nicht das letzte Mal. Vielen Dank.

Wir sind mit unserem Aufenthalt im Hotel Schnitterhof insgesamt sehr zufrieden. Alle Einrichtungen sind gepflegt und sauber. Der Service war immer anwesend und sehr aufmerksam. Zu erwähnen ist der schöne Biergarten des Hotel Schnitterhof, direkt an der Rosenau. Viele gute Restaurants sind in unmittelbarer Nähe des Hotels, gut erreichbar. Negativ sind die sehr hohen Parkplatzgebühren , des Hotel Schnitterhof.

Wir wollten für eine Nacht im Schnitterhof übernachten. Mir war schon bewußt, dass die Zimmer "garantiert" ab 15:00 Uhr zur Verfügung stehen. Da wir bereits mittags angekommen waren, fragte ich dennoch an der Rezeption, ob die Zimmer zur Verfügung stünden. Wie zu erwarten war, bekam ich eine negative Antwort. Meine Bitte, mich dann anzurufen, wurde auch uncharmant zurückgewiesen: "Was meinen Sie, wie lang dann unsere Rückrufliste wäre." Letztlich bekamen wir dann das Zimmer exakt um 15:00 Uhr. Auf der Rechnung tauchte dann eine Kostenposition auf, die sich auf Nachfrage als falsch herausstellte. Natürlich mussten wir diese nicht bezahlen, ein Wort der Entschuldigung an de Rezeption - Fehlanzeige. Also, da ist, was Freundlichkeit, angeht, noch Luft nach oben.
