mooie stad en goed gelegen,bij oversteek naar de oude binnenstad kan je lopend alle mooie plekjes wandelend binnen hand bereik bezichtigen,het het heeft een zeer grote parking waar heel veel parkeerplaats is!ons ontvangst ging heel goed,de kamers vinden we persoonlijk wel wat basic,maar niet getreurd het bed was goed alle kamers zijn op begane grond,geen liften nodig,de badkamer een beetje afgetand maar ook doenbaar,wel geen ijskast of safe,en spijtig maar zeer!!!weinig kledingvoorziening(kasten!)enkel drie kleine legplankjes voor je spullen!het ontbijt was voldoende,maar het avondeten ietsje te simpel,drie dagen waren er redelijk veel gasten en toen was er een redelijk buffet(2vlees soorten,2 aardappel gerechten,en wat groenten)desserts meestal een glaasje choco mousse of pudding,het personeel was super vriendelijk zeker het jonge meisje welke s'avonds onze tafel bediende,wij hadden half pension,waarop het drank kaartje redelijk prijzig was!toch heeft ons dit hotel ons aangenaam verrastwegens fijne parking en goede ligging van het hotel

The Hotel Susato is a very nice new integrative hotel in Soest located directly on the wall with beautiful parking facilities right in front of the house door. Very recommendable for families with children as well as Absolutely recommendable. We are happy to come back

Wir waren zum erstenmal vom 25.06.21 - 27.06.21 in diesem Hotel. Das Hotel / Aussenanlage macht einen sehr gepflegten Eindruck. Die Parkplätze vor dem Haupteingang sind etwas eng geschnitten, hinterm Hotel sind die Parkplätze größer geschnitten. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich und von Innen macht das Hotel einen guten Eindruck. Wir hatten die Junior Suite. Das Zimmer ist geräumig. Es befindet sich im Zimmer kein Kleiderschrank sondern lediglich eine etwas größere Garderobe. Im Schrank wo sich der Safe / Minibar befindet sind nochmal extra 3 Einlegeböden. Im Boxspringbett konnte man gut / bequem Schlafen. Das Badezimmer ist sehr klein geraten. Die Dusche ist definitiv nicht für große stabile Menschen geeignet, einfach winzig. Ich als zierliche Person fühlte mich schon recht eingeengt. Man hat keine Abstellmöglichkeiten am Waschtisch da das Waschbecken es ausfüllt. An der Duschwand ist ein Hängeregal vorhanden aber dieses bietet auch nicht die nötige Abstellmöglichkeit für Kosmetiker.....Im Zimmer gibt es keine Klimaanlage was recht schade war. Die Sonne schien von 13'00h - 20'00h voll auf die Fensterfront und die angebrachten Verdunklungsgardinen konnten die Hitzte nicht abfangen ( also mal richtig warm im Zimmer ). Der Balkon ist völlig ausreichend. Das Frühstücksbuffett was als Genießerfrühstück im Prospekt angepriesen wird war für mich normaler Standard, was es in jeder Handelsüblichen Bäckerei gibt ( Rührei, Bacon, Nürnbergerwürstchen, Wurst, S*****en, Lachs, Käse, Marmelade.... Cerealien, Müsli etwas Tomate-mozarella, Paprikastreifen, wenig Obst der Saison, Orangen / Multi Saft, Kaffee aus einer Maschine verschieden Sorten, Tee, dreierlei Sorten Brötchen, mini Croissant, mini Laugen Brötchen und eine Sorte Brot. Der Spa / Wellness Bereich ist super schön vom Design / Deko. Die Saunen sind klein, der Pool hat eine ausreichende Größe. Der Fitnessbereich wurde etwas vernachlässigt. Die Sauberkeit im Hotel ist la,la. Es dominieren die Farben Schwarz, Weiss, Silber, Gold, was super Harmoniert. Die Materialen sind aus Glas ( Tische ) mit Silbernen Füßen, dieses Design / Deko zieht sich durchs ganze Hotel / Zimmer leider sind die Matt oder schmierig und stumpf geputzt, liegt natürlich im Auge des Betrachters. Das Hotel eignet sich denke ich super für ein Wochende mal abschalten oder für Geschäfliche Reisen. Für einen längeren Zeitraum würde ich es persönlich nicht buchen. Es ist ein Frühstückshotel.

Very great restaurant! The business is really super family friendly and from the beginning to the end you feel welcome here. Very delicious food and drinks, beautiful bright facilities and super attention service. In particular, then I would like to mention the guardian Eric, who was absolutely prevalent. We visited the hotel to third, each with three single rooms (2x Comfort, 1x Suite). The hotel makes an excellent impression that quickly confirmed. The reception is friendly and premature, as well as engaged. The old building offers its angled construction charm and you feel immediately moved into another time. All is clean and maintained. Then then the rooms are very beautiful and modernly furnished. Separate toilet and bathroom with two washing basin and shower. All light and friendly and the interior is very well matched. Big desk, two seats and a large double bed, broad front window (my one to the market on the back of the house). You must not have anything against the sound of church clocks that only a stone throw away sounds directly from the clock tower of the church on the marketplace. However, it was more than tolerable. I have to give a point deduction for breakfast, which was really not worthwhile to a house of this price category. There were three kinds of cutting (unfortunately not the best) once Brie, rhei (powder) and 6-Minuten-Eier. Salmon there was also. Then two kinds of bread, one kind of bread and something sweet. Three juices and water. Totally little choice and damage, because the city is famous for excellent woodworking (four traditional houses like we experienced in a city management). We would have wished us a little more change here. However, this House is worth a great recommendation and the situation is simply unslaughterable, since the whole old town is walking foot.

Great hotel, clean, friendly staff, helpful. Easy to navigate. Easy to walk to town, access to restaurants, has good breakfast. Rooms were clean, shower still in a bathtub, had coffee and tea in the room. Minibar content was included in the room charge.
