We were at the 1st Advent weekend at the hotel Squarehirsch. We had booked a Superior DZ. The room was conveniently equipped as far as everything is good. It is also very beautifully centrally located. At arrival we were very friendly receiving. Also in the bar, the entire staff was very premature. Only at breakfast is obviously overcomfortable and sometimes unfriendly if many people want to have breakfast at once. Specifically, a black haired employee appeared here. It was obviously particularly difficult to fill the buffet. And when you asked, there was a cool and unfriendly answer.

For a weekend trip in Fulda, first time left in the middle of the hotel. Well to reach, optimally the parking level with direct access to the hotel. Reception friendly and without long waiting time. The hotel was very comfortable and was very comfortable. The only manko was in the room was extremely warm so I've been sleeping at open window. Let's come to breakfast. The hotel was just this weekend a lot of guests arrived and the breakfast room was overfyld, I cannot afford to be considered as a negative review, which without guests no hotel can survive. I found the service that I was called once a place was released. So I could enjoy breakfast even in a slightly noisy environment. All in all a successful and relaxed stay. At the next arrival to Fulda, I will check in again at the Hotel Fulda in the middle, contrary to my habit. It is ideally located to the old town and you feel very well.

We visited the town of Fulda on our unexpected trip to Germany, through covid 19-times. Never been here before and slightly lost. But everything changed, when a young waiter at the orangeri next to the hotel spontanelesly started telling us about the history of the marvelous paintings on the ceiling. The same waiter later served us dinner at the Dianakeller restaurant in the cellar of the Maritim hotel am Schlossgarten. Even if he was very busy, because of many visiting and hungry guests, he took his time to serve us with a smile behind his mask and in a very friendly, very polite and serviceminded behaviour, with made us feel very welcome instantly. We will always remember Fulda because of this most pleasant experience! Thank you J !

The surrounding environment of Fulda is quite beautiful, with the ups and downs of Qingdao feeling. The hotel is also very comfortable. I have been in Germany for so long and finally slept in a harder bed and slept well. It's just that the sound of the elevator is always audible, and I am at least 4 rooms away from the elevator entrance.

Hotel was nicer than standard image of B&B places. It was clean and quiet, however breakfast was meager. Free parking but quite small parking spaces. Everything worked fine except for the only downside which was the customer service at check-in. The reseptionist was rude and did not listen to what she was told. She did plame the customers for her own mistakes, which was unfortunate. Other than that, the visit was nice and we feel like we got value for money.
