Wonderful! My last stay was many, many years ago, but you wouldn't notice it in the hotel. The friendly, attentive, yet unobtrusive staff deserves special mention. You can see that everyone here cares about making guests feel comfortable, relaxed, and happy to return. After my current stay, I'm actually wondering why it took me so long to return, even though I enjoy many weekends in hotels with spas, especially in winter.
Is there anything that could be improved? Some saunas are a bit small depending on the number of guests, and there could be more showers. The important thing, however, is that everything worked and there wasn't a backlog of maintenance.
I'd be happy to return, even soon.

Wunderschönes Hotel, alle Räumlichkeiten super sauber. Das Personal ist zu jeder Tageszeit mega freundlich. Am Empfang gibt es direkt Wasser, Osaft und Sekt zur Begrüßung oder auch für zwischendurch. Der Spa Bereich ist ebenfalls wahnsinnig schön. Am Abend hatten wir live Musik Dank der überragenden Sängerin Sophie Decker. Das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen. Wir fahren mit einem lachenden und einem weinenden Auge nachhause. Herzlichen Dank an das gesamte Team vom Esplanade Resort! Bis bald!
