Steer clear of this hotel! The bed was as hard as rock. A painful shoulder after one sleepless night. No night staff to correct the problem. No refund either. The senior female manager only speaks German, which was not a problem but kinda a surprise since the hotel claims to have four stars, and worse was that the staff were terrified of her. The staff in the restaurant were very nice, though. Errrr… did they really claim to have four stars? I have stayed in two-star hotels that were far better. Find yourself a nice hotel in the area. Plenty that are nicer and cheaper. If not in the same town, look for Bad Iburg and Bad Laer. And calling yourself a wellness hotel but not having staff for massages or any wellness treatment is not gonna cut the cake. For all hotel guests who booked in advance in an area of Germany that boasts wellness is not offering wellness just NOT done!! Shame on Die Drei Birken! The pool is tiny and cold, and two small saunas is really not what a wellness hotel is about. A day at a proper sauna (like across the street from this hotel) and staying at a value-for-money hotel would be my advice. Not ever again at Die Drei Birken!!!

Wir haben zum 2. mal in diesem Hotel eine kurze Auszeit gesucht und gefunden. Wir können dieses Hotel nur Empfehlen. Super tolles und freundliches Personal. Einfach alles Top und wir waren nicht das letzte mal hier. Sauna und Spa Bereich genutzt, auch hier alles wieder Top.

In de drei Birken hebben we een geweldig verblijf genoten. De ruime en schone kamers zijn voorzien van prima bedden. Op aanvraag werd ook gezorgd voor anti-allergeen materiaal voor de bedden. Verder is de kamer voorzien van een badkamer en toilet. Het personeel is vriendelijk en attent. Het ontbijtbuffet wordt uitstekend bijgevuld door het personeel. Het dinerbuffet met een (stevige) prijs van € 35,- pppn vonden we wat tegenvallen. Het is een redelijk betaalbaar hotel. De sauna van het hotel is een mooie voorziening. Jammer alleen dat er geen dompelbad bij is. Het bescheiden zwembad is aardig.

Wir hatten eine Ferienwohnung über's Wochenende gebucht. Als wir unser Zimmer (nicht Ferienwohnung) betreten hatten reklamierten wir an der Rezeption. Antwort ach hat man ihnen das nicht gesagt wir sind leider Überbucht. Wäre ja mindestens genauso schön 👎die besonderen Details warum die Ferienwohnung gebucht hatten fehlten leider. Allein das Bad wäre Grund gewesen dieses Zimmer nicht zu nehmen. Ferienwohnung mit vollausgestatter Küche stattdessen eine Mini Küchenzeile in der es noch nicht mal einen Teller gab. Ich könnte jetzt noch vieles aufführen. Letztendlich war keinerlei Interesse vom Hotel das wieder gut zu machen. Ach ich habe den Parkplatz vergessen den es für uns nicht gab. Standen in einer Straße in der Nähe vom hotel
