Hersey cok güzeldi. Sadece aksam yemegi saati cok erken baslayıp bittiği için termal kısımda gec kapandığından dolayı aksam yemegı ne hiç iştirak edemedik gec vakit dısarda restoran aradık. Ama calısanlara cok güler yüzlü odalar harıka ve cok temiz. Sauna ve havuzlar harıka tavsıye ederim

I have to say I enjoyed my stay. I would say the hotel is Retro in a nice way, it is clearly aimed at the German market. However, it was clean, staff friendly and to honest just what I excepted. If you what a faceless international hotel don’t stay here. If you want a pleasant hotel what is a bit difference and this is a great choice. The food was good, the bar was pleasant and I had no issues with the WIFI. The therme was really good and highly recommend All in all, a great place to stay instead of a faceless international hotel.

The hotel room was nice and comfortable. The shower was kind of tricky since you have to shower in a narrow bathtub. biggest letdown was that there is no wifi in the room. The restaurant food was ok, but service dissapointina. It took forever for a dish to arrive, and the staff didn't seem to care or to be happy with their jobs overall. They only came to the table when you asked them to. It would be a good idea to invest in this topic and improve the restaurant Spa facilities are very nice.

All the "top reviews" about the hotel are correct! We can only agree with all the good to very good reviews. That's why we won't go into all the details again. Anyone who has something to complain about here (e.g. the ambience and furnishings in the dining room or hotel) should show how they live at home. TOP, simply TOP: we met without exception nice, quick and very friendly staff (from reception, chambermaids, etc.) The bathrobe access to the thermal baths is a "highlight!" Extremely negative: for us is the surcharge for the UNDERGROUND CAR PARK of 17 euros. The spaces are also big enough for SUVs. During our stay there were only 4 cars in the underground car park, but we think 17 euros is very excessive and think it's a "rip-off!" We don't understand why the price should even be increased to 18 euros???)

Our room was spacious, renovated, well equipped and offers a great view from the balcony. The hotel offers a lot of space overall. The breakfast leaves nothing to be desired, the food in the restaurant is delicious and the service is competent, always friendly and helpful. It is easy for guests to enjoy the variety of the thermal spa. We were there for the third time and would love to come back.

No air conditioning, no refrigerator, older bathroom fittings, mold stains on the upper edge of the bathtub. Restaurant is furnished in a rather "uncomfortable" way! Whole hotel overheats in summer temperatures! Exterior facade needs renovation. Reception and staff very friendly.

Das Hotel liegt sehr schön am Parkrand. Leider sind viele Zimmer in den 70ern stehen geblieben. Außerdem gibt es fast nur Zimmer mit Badewanne, was für die hauptsächlich älteren Gäste sehr unschön ist. Die Betten sind bequem und unser Bad war scheinbar neu renoviert, denn es sah modern aus. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist grottig und sehr lieblos angerichtet. Die "frischen" Radieschen sahen aus, als hätte man sie gerade vom Acker geerntet...und das nicht im positiven Sinne. Hier könnte so einiges nachgebessert werden. Der Bademantelgang zur Therme ist sehr praktisch. Leider hat es aber auch in der Therme den Anschein als hat die Geschäftsleitung keine Lust mehr. Eine einzelne Sauna ist seit ca. einem 3/4 Jahr wegen "Renovierung" geschlossen und es gibt nur fadenscheinige Ausreden. Zusätzlich verkommt die ganze Therme langsam zu einem Kinderspielparadies und ist keine Erholung mehr.

Nach etwas längerer Wartezeit beim Einchecken haben wir einen schönen Kurzurlaub im Hotel verbringen dürfen. Das Hotel ist zwar an einigen Ecken in die Jahre gekommen, dies hat uns aber nicht weiter gestört. Von dem Zimmer zur Parkseite hat man sehr schöne Ausblicke zum Kurpark und über das Orbtal. Das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Frühstück und gebuchtes Abendessen waren sehr reichlich angeboten und schmackhaft zubereitet. Die dem Hotel angeschlossene Toscana-Therme incl. Wellnesspark ist über kurze Wege über einen sog."Bademantelgang" zu erreichen. Vom Hotel aus gibt es viele Möglichkeiten zu Spaziergängen im Kurpark und zu Wanderungen im Orbtal und in den Spessart.
