I stayed two nights here during a work trip to the area in April. Everything was fantastic. It made a work trip feel like a mini vacation. Taking in the view of the valley from the balcony in my room was a wonderful way to start the day. The breakfast was delicious and the lobby/lounge area was very comfortable and great place to unwind with a glass of wine in the evening. I will stay here again on my next trip to the area.

Very pleasant in a great location. Recommended at any time of year. Food at a high level, more difficult for the lesser purse. On occasion we will come back to enjoy again. Who knows with a sauna visit and a few days.

Absolutely recommendable hotel, with nice, courteous staff and a fantastic view of the surrounding vineyards and the Ahr Valley. In my opinion, the restaurant deserves at least 1 star for its very good food and great service. Those who start their hikes here save themselves the arduous ascent from the valley and are on the red wine hiking trail, which leads directly past the hotel. Gladly again 👍

Heel prettig hotel op een prachtige lokatie met uitzicht over het Ahrtall. Vriendelijk behulpzaam personeel. 2e Kerstdag gedineerd op hoog niveau, wel flink aan de prijs. ‘S Ochtends een eenvoudig maar prima ontbijt. Net zoals in veel Duitse hotels hebben we ook hier een gezellig barretje gemist om na het dineren nog even te borrelen of een spelletje.

Nach mehreren Aufs und Abs ist die Küche des Hohenzollerns mittlerweile wieder in der höchsten Dimension der Kulinarik angelangt und absolut sternewürdig. Darüberhinaus sind die Lage, die Aussicht, das Ambiente und der professionelle Service schon immer eine "Bank" gewesen! Jetzt passt wieder alles bestens zusammen und erfreut alle Sinne!

We hadden dit mooi gelegen hotel gekozen omwille van de knappe ligging en de goede commentaren van gasten. Ons verblijf heeft al het positieve alleen maar bevestigd. De ligging hoog boven Bad Neuenahr is top en strategisch om de streek te verkennen. De kamers zijn heel proper, comfortabel en ruim. Je voelt je er direct thuis. Het restaurant biedt een uitstekende kwaliteit in de half pensionformule. De gerechten zijn met zorg bereid en heel smaakvol. Het personeel doet alles om je een topverblijf te bezorgen. De receptioniste is heel klantgericht en zelfs humoristisch. Alle andere personeelsleden zijn eveneens vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De saunaruimte biedt een mooi uitzicht over de stad en maakt het plaatje compleet. Wij keren zeker terug!

Das war sehr überschaubar!! Die Zimmer sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen, das Bad im normalen DZ sehr, sehr klein! Alles ist sehr sauber! Das Restaurant und die Aussicht Rtg. Ahrtal sind wirklich schön! Ja, wir haben gewusst, dass das Küchenteam Ferien macht, aber, dass man abends nicht einmal in der Lobby etwas trinken kann, die schöne Terrasse abgeschlossen ist, und ab 21:00 kein Ansprechpartner vor Ort ist, so hatten wir uns das nicht vorgestellt! Dann hätten wir auch eine Pension buchen können - Hotelleistungen stelle ich mir anders vor!! Trotz aller Einschränkungen werden hier nämlich Hotelpreise verlangt!!! Das ist nicht fair!!!
