In the middle of beautiful Bad Nauheim
The rooms were spacious, clean and well appointed. Television channels were lacking although coming to Bad Nauheim is more about getting around and not sitting around.
If you come after 6pm, there is no one at the reception to greet you. An email will come in German and no English translation explaining how to get your key.
Older place but that is part of the charm with it's Elvis room and Elvis shrine in the lobby. We didn't have the 12 Euro breakfast so no rating there.
It is a short walk to all thing in the downtown shopping and sites to see area.

It is a very nice, traditional house, in which nostalgia has plenty of room. The rooms are very nice, several with a small balcony (worth it!), the landlady and staff are extremely friendly and accommodating, everything is very clean - just one thing is not: modern; and that is what makes the house so charming! The breakfast is very plentiful and varied, only good quality! Preferable over any new-fangled hotel bunker!

We visit Bad Nauheim 4-5 times a year and discovered this fantastic hotel a year ago. The hotel is very special and is lovingly run. The location is central and everything is within walking distance. The breakfast is very good with fresh and delicious ingredients. We are already looking forward to our next stay at the Hotel Spöttel.

I stayed there for one night on business. Very nice, family-run hotel with its own touch. Large rooms. Clean. Balcony and terrace also very nice. The breakfast buffet was OK. Overall a very nice stay in Bad Nauheim.

Only praise! - Everything is clean - A lot of emphasis is placed on hygiene regulations. - Top breakfast - currently in the room, but there is little to be desired. - Centrally located - and a very hard-working boss. I'd be happy to come back... But this is my third time here :) PS: I recommend the pine wood room :-))
