Beautifully renovated hotel after the catastrophic floods. One of the best breakfasts I‘ve ever had in a hotel, very friendly staff. Only minus point was the very thin walls in the rooms in the upper floors. You definitely need earplugs, but that shouldn‘t stop anybody going.

This was our third visit to the hotel which we love so much. The refurbishment following the terrible summer floods in the town is exemplary. The fixtures and fittings are amazing. The breakfast is perfect. The bar is cosy and the cocktails are great. Most off all the staff are warm and welcoming and just brilliant!

Nothing special- tolerable for a short stay. Newly renovated in the old town of Bad Münstereifel. Very hard to reach and limited parking. Rooms are clean but small (my door had no handle from the inside to make room for the bathroom door to open). Beds are incredibly soft which is hard to deal with if you’ve got back issues. Breakfast was mediocre- eggs dry and unappetizing- lack of gluten-free options. Every cup of black coffee charged extra which is just plain rude especially since it was just a thermos with filtered coffee on the table. Checkin is only possible during a very short window. Hard to navigate with luggage - lots of up and down, through restaurants and garden paths to get from reception to the room.

Stayed one night. Staff were very accommodating as we were late arriving. Room very spacious. Hotel newly refurbished in contemporary design. Super comfortable bed and pillow. Self-service honesty bar downstairs. Breakfast (extra) excellent. Safe parking in the courtyard. Easy walking to the shops which are now reopening after severe flood last year. Highly recommend.

Lieben wir! Von der Ankunft bis zur Abreise war einfach alles wunderbar! Was für ein entückendes Haus mit so großartig eingerichteten Zimmern! Sehr modern und geschmackvoll und absolut zum Wohlfühlen! Das gesamte Personal ist so freundlich und zuvorkommend - da ist „zu Gast bei Freunden“ ein absolut stimmiges Konzept. Das Hotel liegt in einer Seitenstraße, aber ganz zentral. Wer einkaufen möchte, fällt direkt raus. Es ist aber auch ein toller Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen und Ausflüge. Das Frühstück ist ganz fantastisch. In den tollen Räumlichkeiten könnte man ewig sitzen und schlemmen! Empfehlung hoch 3!

Sehr gutes Boutique Hotel in ruhiger Lage, sauber, gepflegt und kürzlich renoviert. Einrichtung stimmig, Parkplätze am Hotel, gepflegter schöner Garten, nettes Personal. Das Zimmer groß und geräumig mit Boxspringbett, Möbel aus Massivholz und modernes helles Badezimmer.

Ein sehr ruhiges, sehr schön eingerichtetes Hotel, in dem man sich sofort wohl fühlt. Das gesamte Personal ist wirklich sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend und der Preis für das Frühstück ist für die gebotene Leistung als sehr preiswert zu bezeichnen. Ich war das erste Mal in dem Hotel und habe für Dezember direkt wieder gebucht und bin darauf sehr gespannt, weil ab Dezember das Hotel auch über ein Restaurant verfügt.

Das Hotel wurde für uns gebucht und wir waren sehr positiv überrascht. Die Zimmer waren sehr geschmackvoll zum Stil des Hauses passend, Zimmer waren sehr sauber, das betraf auch den Nassraum. Die Betten waren sehr bequem. Besonders zu erwähnen ist aber auch noch das Frühstück, ein so umfangreiches delikates Frühstück haben wir bisher eigentlich in keinem Hotel bekommen. Abschließend ist noch auf die große Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft des Personals hinzuweisen. Ein kleiner Wermutstropfen, aufgrund des Alters des Hauses ist es leider nicht behindertengerecht.
